Lost Vape Paranormal dna 250c 10secs timeout

Andreaerdna

If God is the answer, then the question is wrong
i got recently 2 lost vape paranormal and while one was defective (not charging on usb) also the replacement was unable to set more than 10 secs timeout while i can do it on a hcigard vtd 75c

Is this normal? Do I need to do a firmware update?

Thank you

I would definitely update the firmware if needed via the EScribe software. I'm pretty sure there is a timeout setting somewhere in there. Let me know if you are unable to find it .

@HerbieVonVapster linked me to how to enable a certain mode in escribe and then increase the timeout. I went hunting through pages of his posts and tried searching but couldn't find it.

Okay, at the top of escribe go to Options > User Interface > and select Manufacturer.

That creates new tabs in the main escribe window and you'll go to the Research tab select Disabled from Puff Limit and also go to the Safety tab and change Max Puff Time to 20 instead of ten. Finally go to the Mod tab and change Manufacturer Max Puff Time to 20 as well.

Unless I'm missing something from looking at my settings then that should do it.
