Howdy all, first post. My apologies if this has already come up before in its own thread (point me to it if it has), but I couldn't find anything. I've been using the MFLB for 18 months or so now. Quite happy with it for the most part. However, the one aspect of it that I dislike is that whenever I take it to a party or gathering with people who have never used a vape (or worse, think they know what to do because they have some other vape), I always get people combusting and generally making a mess of things. Hardly unsurprising, as there is a learning curve to proper temp management with the MFLB. So what I'd like to find is an idiot-proof portable vape that I can take "out" and not have to worry about explaining to friends with a couple beers/tokes in them (or with a couple beers/tokes in me). In terms of personal opinion, one of the few things I get tired of with the MFLB is the fact that I always feel like I'm carrying a bag of parts with me every time I take it somewhere. Yeah yeah, I know. It's not that much stuff. And honestly, I really am happy with the MFLB for my own use, home or away. But I'm also tempted by the "all in one" vapes I see out there. So if one of those was a good "idiot proof" choice, I'd probably think it was cool. The Pax looks like s strong choice and is well reviewed, but $250 puts a hurt on the old wallet. The Iolite Wispr seems to have a lot of fans, is a bit cheaper, and would be something different (butane) than I have now. But durability and malfunctions seem to be issues. The puffit looks kind of cool and seems pretty simple. But battery life sounds terrible. The original iolites are out there for cheap prices, but I decided against them when buying my first vape, so I'm unlikely to be excited about them this time around. Just looking for something that I can hand to idiot friends and have them work it successfully. If I have to spend $200+ to do that, then I guess that's what I have to do. But I figured I'd ask here in case there was something I was overlooking.
