Length of EHLE 100 mL downstem?

My EHLE's downstem broke several months ago and I have decided that it is time to replace it. The only problem is that I have long tossed it away and do not know the downstem size. Since EveryOneDoesIt.com measures downstems from the top of the ground joint to the bottom tip of the stem, I do not know what the actual size is because most people in America measure from the bottom of the ground joint to the bottom tip of the stem. If someone could measure their stem, that would help me out a ton!

Also, where is a good place to buy a showerhead downstem? It has to be 14 mm, which I am having a hard time finding. I don't want to order from EDIT since the shipping and the cost of their (inferior) diffused stems are expensive.

4 inches if measured from the top. 3 inches if measured from bottom.

Yeah, but they are not as good as the showerhead diffusers from GMD. Also, they will only make 18/14 bushing style showerhead diffusers.
