Leaving Pinnacle Pro in car during winter

What's up guys this is my first post here because I finally got my first vape! I just received my pinnacle pro and it's amazing and I can't wait to use it. But the thing is I can't use it till after work which sucks. So I gotta leave it in my car for a few hours and it's currently 26 Fahrenheit outside. Do you think my vape will be alright if I leave it in the car? I really don't want to break my brand new vape before even using it lol. Thanks

Basically the cold will reduce your battery life but it shouldn't cause any actual harm to the battey

Thanks I just wrapped it up in a bunch of shirts and threw it in my backpack so hopefully it'll be okay

The good part is that while unused, a battery will maintain its charge longer in cold temps. Actually using the battery in cold weather will slow down the chemical reaction and produce less current, quickly draining the battery as it attempts to keep up. So there's a huge difference between storing a battery in the cold, and using it in the cold.
