Kind Creations Oil Drum

Hey i'v been thinking about getting a Kind Creations Oil Drum piece like this one but can't find much info on the piece so i was wondering if anyone had some insight on it.
I'd only get a single perc rather than the quad or double much like this one:

I like the height of that piece(10"), bent neck, and the solid looking base(4.75"),but the guy in the video says all slits in the drum don't fire, which I don't think is good. Glassheads please correct if I am wrong. The vid is combusting in it, so maybe NSFW. Watch at your own risk!

I saw this and read that he said they didn't all fire
I correlated it to like the mobius matrix that some don't fire to help with drag
