Is the brand of butane important?

I finally received my Wispr vaporizer, read the directions, and noticed it says they recommend only Vector Gas and Newport Gas. Why is that? Should I not use other butane brands? What's the difference?

Free of contaminants that can gum up the works. Stay with what they recommend.

Iolites need butane thats as pure as possible. Vector 5x works well for me.
