Yeah, that is what I tried. I got this response...
"Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered"

I thought it was a holiday sale. It must have just been the weekend.

Thanks for the discount

Ordered up 2 launch pads, already have 1 and your silo xl, both great products!

I like the idea of a multiple dynavap holder too, maybe make 1 hole to match the silo?

Ever think about adding a magnet to the silo?

Maybe include a screw on cap if the customer doesn't use the herb side?
I carry my silo without it mostly, I like the small dynastash, holds more

For the 5x VC stand, how do you guys feel about the name, The Docking Station?

Nope. Don’t really see the need for a magnet on The Silo. I’m not sure what function it would provide.

A cap or some other way to hide the threads would be nice. But currently it’s not something in the plans due to our current manufacturing minimums.

Love the name docking station. So perfect!

I agree it would be nice to be able to choose between vapcap and herb, or just vapcap, and not have exposed threads, but understand that would be a whole lot of work probably.

Can’t decide whether I would prefer all magnets on the stand or none, or just one. Realistically with the launch pad, I’m not going to need this to have a magnet probably. And the simplicity of no magnets is nice. But it would look cool to have them all be magnets from a design perspective. Also more prone to fall over though.

Conundrum.

Magnets all the way. Ideally they will sit flush with the top surface, but I’m estimating with the shrinkage rate of the clay I’ll be using to be 17-19%. So time will tell.

The biggest problem I’m having now is where/how to throw a logo on this thing...

With magnets though, will I be able to move it without them falling over? I know this is meant to be stationary, but I’m for sure going to want a stand that I can move from one room of my house to another occasionally.

Logo could either be right in front, or on top somehow?

Would you be willing to put it on the underside? I’m not a big fan of branding on things like this though. I feel like less is more and does a logo really increase sales or awareness on a piece like this?

Yeah agree. If logo could be on bottom (like the launchpad!) and just let your advertising be in the glorious reviews and word of mouth rather than product placement (I’ve told like 6 people I know about the launch pad!).

The magnets will hold it within reason. You’d still have to be careful and move it slowly with no sudden jerks/stops. But the magnets will do a much better job than just a hole.

I totally agree on branding. Which is why ours is usually extremely minimal. How do you guys feel about this?

Keep in mind that while it looks very intrusive, it’s really just a slight engraving... similar to this:

Is that the right second picture? I can't even see any engraving on there. I think your logo is stylish enough that it looks fine in the first pic honestly, but tastes do vary.

I don’t understand the second picture, but the first picture would be ok if it’s an engraving instead of a screened on logo. If it’s engraved, I wouldn’t even mind it on the front.

The confusion is because I, and presumably Dab, can't find the engraved logo on the match tray thing in the 2nd pic, where is it lol? Certainly subtle enough for anyone I'd guess if we can't even spot it.

Lol. It’s in the middle? Kinda where the marks from the matches are? It’s hard to explain without being able to circle it.

What do you guys think a good price would be?

Keep in mind that it’s a handcrafted item, materials will likely cost about $13/unit, and one off production costs are about $300.

I think $25-35 might be a better price point, but maybe I’m cheap? Lol.

I feel like the launchpad and silo have excellent cost to value ratios, and would like to see that continue. I’ve bought now 4 launchpads, because it’s a great product at a great price.
