Water-pipe adapters are easy to come by. The Inhalater fits snug on any size and tubing can be attached to a simple 14mm to 18mm converter if you want a hands free attachment for larger pieces.

If you want a GonG, you can buy one of these for <$1. It's small enough for a portable bubbler.

We have assembled a unit with some white leds for tests. The white led is strong enough to recall a flashlight. One would need to justify the flashing by some sort of circumvolution. At this point, the unit could not replace a flashligh in case of need

Hmm, not sure about this. If its simply replacing the blue/green LED for a white one, seems pointless.

Now if you are adding an additional white LED at top near the top or bottom of the Inhalater with an additional switch for it, it seems much more practical. Users on the go would have access to a flashlight and vape all in one. Ultimate stealth and utility. If the Inhalater dial goes from 0-9, and then an auto feature. You could add a flashlight feature after the auto feature that would turn the additional LED on or off.

Alternatively, you could add a small laser diode running at <1 ma and pass it off as a laser pointer, although a flashlight seems much more practical.

Hiphiphooray, we want to get a good vape not a gadget and I think that too much adds like that deserves the main utility: vape!

The glass capsule seems to be the better improvement of the Inh005, about the rest I don't see any need to jump on it, especially since the glass capsules could fit in my Xp!

About the design it's not my cup of tea, a little bit too much for me, I prefer the simple design of my Q2 (I don't like the Q4 stickers) but it's not really important at all especially if the taste is truly better: a Xp able to produces in the same time clouds and taste would be crazy...

The Air capsule is also a great addition, making the unit great to play with

The advantage on the genuine taper adapter is that the Inhalater unit clips into it. Making in perfectly stable.

Agreed: in essence the Inhalater is a highly specialised device. It gathers away from the purpose to add non core features at this point

Can we safely assume that the issues with the durability of the USB connection have been fixed? And that the port is machine cut and perfectly aligned?

I know Inhalater said Yes Port layout has been completely revised to perfection. But I wanted to say just a bit more as this topic was near and dear.....in fact in the end he sorta thanked me for being such a pain in the ass......
They took this USB thing very seriously in the INH05...not only did they revise layout.....so much more...
1st - they added notched to both the new bodies and the switch circuit board {no more strain cause by mechanical stop for the switch}
2nd - they added clicks and stops to the switch knob stop for "off" as well as "auto" {double protection}
3rd - they have readjusted the port location to relive stress {insurance}
4th - sturdier USB port itself with additional soder landings for extra stability {extra insurance}

So yes....durability of USB connection will so be something of the past....

@Inhalater - do you anticipate that your new vaporizer will be ready to go upon release? I have followed the xp thread on and off for a long time. It seems there were a lot of problems and many customers sending their units back,often multiple times. Eventually i came to the conclusion that your product was not for me. Are these issues likely to occur again or do you anticipate releasing a more fully realized and reliable product this time round? If so I hope to get one.

i guess not, but planetvape offers one and I'm pretty sure it will also fit on the mouthpiece of the inh05, too

i believe inhalater now has both 14 & 18mm waterpipe attachments, as well as a new glass adjustable air tip!

i was told indiegogo was to launch next week.
$150 barebones (just vape and chamber pieces)
$200 kit vape, mouthpieces, usb cable, charger, manual, and box.
and i'm sure donations of any kind would definitely help them tremendously.

I also feel like the flashlight and other features that are non vape related is not necessary... just make the vape work that's all we need lol.

Sounds awesome! I'm still on the hunt for my perfect vape and this seems to be a step in the right direction.

Quick note: Would you guys be allowing any sort of customization to the look of the vape? I love the feature list but I'd really prefer one that is as paired down in looks as possible. A 'stealth' unit if you will. I think a cleaner look will really help grab a larger audience (including the pax lovers who invariably love it for it's style and simplicity, but who can blame them!). A sharper look (plus the advanced features/functionality) could really bring your product into the limelight over similar units like the Pax, Pinnacle Pro, etc.

Just my 2 cents. Super excited for a vid!!

What a very nice idea.......the idea of this glass cap has really peaked my interest....BIG Time..... just think about what it might bring to the table..... taste of course.... but I'm thinking so so much more....it should cut down on the conduction properties just a little {that's nice to see} and it will likely improve heat retention by some percentage.....and the bowl size will drop just a bit being more narrow.... I'm hoping it might resemble some of the tube vape properties.......
This thing is sounding like it could be a huge improvement all the way around......and I think it will be so small and a bit on the thicker side for durability.... so I'm hoping the fragile factor won't be much of a concern.......
I was told today that a Beta unit was on it's way to me..... I wonder if he might have included a beta glass cap......Now that really would be quite the surprise now wouldn't it.... but I'm sure he would have mentioned it....right?
