So I was super stoned right and I saw that my porch was wet. It hadn't rained but someone had watered the plants in the morning and gotten some on the porch. Anyway.
It got me thinking about what if it had really rained. And I wanted to know how we could make it rain on command.
The closest I got, which is not on command, is if we were to take a whole bunch of solar panels and place them atop something buoyant with the two leads submerged underwater. I think the atmosphere would quickly saturate with Oxygen and Hydrogen.
As I write this it occurs to me that if you were then to take HAARP or the equivalent (blast the atmosphere with electricity) then the vapor would form into water droplets and it would begin to rain.
But regardless what of that last bit what do you guys think about making the atmosphere wetter so that it rains more?
