How to clean a ceramic donut heater in a Divine Tribe V3

I have a Divine Tribe V3 vape with the round ceramic heater in it. I have not used it in a while and I brought it out to take with me on a gig tonight and it tastes like total shit.

There's a bunch of leftover rosin from who knows when and it stinks and tastes like poop poo.

I know these come apart and although I have never done it I am sure it is simple and straightforward.

However, how do you clean the actual ceramic donut?

I soak bangers in a 50/50 mix of 99ISO and DC - takes off everything with enough soak time. Never used it on ceramic though.
