Holy fuck dood i am exactly like that tooo!!!!

I may not know where the fuck my wallet is or forget I got asked to do something.

BUT i remember everything that people say.....i can thin back and relive converstaions to the TEE....even down to what was on the table or what was in the surroundings. It like a photographic memory.....only I cant do it by reading a book, for example, to remember what I see.

I have arguments ALL THE TIME with my buddies arguing about what they said etc week, months years ago.

and I always remember and recal details to the extent that most people dont even bother with thinking about

I def was not like that before I started smoking weed when I was 18 or 19 (26 now)

ive always thought it was kinds weird.........and JUST WISHED could translate it to school so I could flip through texts and remeber what I saw LOLOLOL

No luck with that really hahahah.....well sometimes....but i guess I studied hard instead (not really lol)

Ive explained this to my bestr friends so many time and they think that I am full of shit.....
I'm so happy i know there at least some1 who understands where im coming from

    :brow:

    creepy shit lol

I have to agree with you two I know what you mean about the photographic memory. It seems when I vape ALOT I develop this sharper. But you have to go through the mild short term memory loss stage untill you build up to that and feel more comfortable medicated than sober.

    Hey folks,
A bit of urban, kung fu, mythology:
Bruce Lee was known for eating Nepalese
hash temple balls as the only healthy way
    to calm his nerves.
    His death
    was attributed to
accute THC intoxication. This condition is so rare
that the doctors were at a lost as to how to treat it.

Yeh troi ,you win the too much contest :ko: :ko:
But as my old girlfriend would say:
Too much of anything is good for nothing.

I would stop for a day or two, if you can, and then start real light
and seek the high not the vaporizing.

Modnote: Your Google-fu is weak, my son. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Lee#Death

It was? So are you saying that it is generally accepted that that is how he died due to forensic findings or autopsy results ?

Didn't Bruce Lee die because he was allergic to Tylenol/Aspirin??
He had a headache one night and his wife gave him it, ended up killing him??
    Or am I completely mistaken?

    Oh well
I never heard of that one
but there are hundreds of theories.
There is also,..... the delayed effects
    of the vibrating palm. :ninja:
Hey , he did not die in the presence of his wife,
some strange women left him at a hospital, not his wife.

might be going into a tangent with you all here, but wanted to touch on the memory as well. (split it maybe?)

i find that i have excellent memory recognition of incidents in the past while i am high. the gap in memory (if you want to call it that) has more to do with the very recent past such as 2-3 maybe 5 minutes ago. what happens for me is that i will be rambling on about something, perhaps mention something way back that i had previously forgotten and then all of a sudden wonder why in the hell im talking about that or perhaps even talking at all, i might lose the reason im talking which likely came about 5 minutes ago.

after a minute or two i end up remembering, the memory comes back but there was a gap in recall, only happens for my "Little Bit Ago Memory" of which LBAM would be 3-5 minutes at most.

if i had to describe abstractly my LBAM i would paint the picture of a piece of drift wood being my memory of what is going on now or very recently to now and the waves in the water being my recall of that memory. waves in this body of water tend to move forward a bit but then lag back and then forward a tiny bit more and so on. come and goes but never entirely leaves.

its annoying to hear about "pot usage causes short term memory loss" because for me its not a loss, just a delay of sorts.

i also notice a difference in cutting back or taking a break then returning to usage and being able to have a higher high with less. best to you.

What's the word.. oh yeah, stupid. Everyone's heard the expression "too much of anything is bad". Some moderators gonna try to scold me for using a "hurtful" mean word like stupid but come on. An 1/8 ounce lasts me up to 2 weeks and that's vaping multiple times... every day.

This thread has such an obvious solution. It's called self control. Just because you have an endless supply of weed (Which I find hard to believe and quite frankly don't, this seems like a fake brag about how much I smoke post) doesn't mean you have to. That's like smoking 6 packs of ciggs every day just because you have them.

I buy my cheerios in bulk at Costco.. doesn't mean I eat 18 bowls a day.

Mod note: Last time we were "smart ass" moderators. No kind words for us today? News flash- your post doesn't need the word "stupid" in order to violate the rules. Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member. Be nice to newbies.

If the difficulties you are experiencing are solely respiratory (and not impacting your life in any other negative way-your ability to articulate your points in this forum are a sign that this may be the case IMO). I, too, suggest consumables as a base to start your day and sporadic PRN sessions as needed/desired).

Also butter can be made extremely strong if you use ALOT of water and a little butter (150g ABV and 1-2 sticks of butter in a large crockpot on warm for 24+ hours could work well IMO). You will also need a tall skinny vessel to enable you to remove a sufficiently thick chunk of butter from the surface of the huge pool of water). Some cool it in a beaker-style bong they happen to have with a cork in the female, so the large beaker bottom can hold most of the water and the butter can resolidify in the top of the mouthpiece for easy removal (feel free to add extra water, so it fills to the top-for easy removal of the butter disc). Also make sure that the vessel will hold everything transferring the water to the storage/cooling vessel.

Also, boiling some tincture into water and using it to make tea can be a nice alcohol-free way to start your day.

I hope that this helps. :)

note: CosmoKramer, I am not a mod, but still feel your comments are inappropriate, unappreciated, judgmental, and lack the insight necessary to call this a hypothesis (let alone to feel it necessary to confront the OP). Some skepticism is understandable, but "too much of anything is bad". I do also like Cheerios, though.

An eighth last me over a month and I vape every day, so what does that make you?

The fact is, is that we're all put together a bit differently, and our usages and our abilities to control our usages cover a pretty darn broad spectrum.

Bruce lee died from a bad reaction to a pain pill he was given. It was initially said that he died from THC toxicity, but that was later tossed aside by a different Dr who said it wasn't the THC but the pill which had aspirin and muscle relaxer.

Actually you have described a really good reason not to.

Do you really need to be vaked all the time? Some medical users do need to keep a constant level in their systems, but you haven't given any reason why you are doing this.

If it's just because you like to feel high, then consider the effects of acclimation. After a while, you get so used to the feeling that it's normal. It seems to me that once you got acclimated, you increased your usage, seeking that feeling of "beyond normal" but it got harder and harder to achieve.

My opinion (which you should keep in mind is something you found on the interwebs) is that you need an extended break. Once you've de-toxified (word chosen deliberately) you should consider spending a portion of your day (every day) completely sober. Otherwise, you have no "normal" to get high from.

Ah, I just read further. You've already reached this conclusion yourself, except I don't think 2-3 weeks is nearly long enough. Everyone is different, of course, but I use far less than you do and I take two months off every year.

This has nothing to do with excessive use, it's because I live in Canada ten months of the year and on Maui for the other two, and I don't carry anything across the border, nor do I try to obtain anything here (I'm on Maui now). I have friends here who could connect me, but I feel it's a good thing to take the break. What I wanted to get at, however, is that these two month breaks don't appreciably change my tolerance.

Everyone is different and you'll find lots of discussion about breaks here and on other forums, but I don't think three weeks will be nearly long enough for someone who has built up the tolerance you describe.

Again, I'm just another doofus posting on the interwebs.

I agree. I've been a very regular user for decades. The last significant 'break' I had was in the early 80's. Yet I'm a lightweight in how much I use. I'm a gym rat and I do think staying active makes a difference. I also rarely partake during the day, and sometimes don't catch a buzz until pretty late at night. I've found that for me, at least, getting high early in the day spoils my night time buzz, so except for the occasional micro hit from my LB, or unless I'm sick, I'm pretty much a night time vaporist. I don't grow, can't buy wholesale, so getting by easily on a gram or less per week is what works for me. I do think vaping all day can make you 'chase a high', but everyone is different, so you have to find your own useage/comfort level.

    For the sake of comparison:
-I considered myself a medium to high user.
-I go through about a gram every 5 days.
-Max for a day would be 3 vapor genie bowls per day. Min would be 1 at night.

I'd consider you a heavy user. I know friends who combust 5-6 blunts a day, so it's not that unusual, just a bit surprising when a solo vaporization session can be as little as .2

If you decide to take a t-break, I have a few suggestions:
-During your break, make a point to drink green tea, and fluids in general
-Continue to run and exercise. Sweat. If you have access to a sauna, and you're into that sorta thing, I believe it should help in expediting the process.
-When you return to vaporizing, start by vaping a small amount and waiting a few minutes to see where you are.

Me too! No memory pb and smoked and smoked in between 6 to 25 g a week for the last 15 years.

Afa I could see, MJ really acts differently on people, some can't do shit after a few puffs, and some can smoke all day long endlessly. It's called Nature ;)
But propaganda has been so strong for so many years that a lot of uninformed daily tokers believe in all kind of wrongs assumptions on MJ.

@Kosmo, inapropriate, and as you can read a lot of people would not do a week with only an eight, so why not 5 or 9g a day ...

Cosmo, I'm sorry that my post bothered you that much. Honestly I do have an endless supply, on a weekly basis I accumulate roughly 20-30 G's for very little cost, you could say lost opportunity cost, so i would say its a conditional endless supply, if i stopped doing my work, i would probably run out after a a few months, but as long as I am in my line of work its endless ;).

I wish I was not exagerating, in fact my numbers were estimates, and since this post I have been keeping track at my normal pace and my numbers were about rought, give or take the day.

Just an update, I'm on my 4th day of a 21 day break. I plan to re-adress this fine habit, with some maturity the next time around.

Yeah I've found that with inhalation methods (smoking and vaping, though I don't smoke anymore) I seem to reach a saturation point, where any more than a certain amount really doesn't go any further. I'd do what others have suggested and try edibles and/or tincture. Which of course, as others have also said, don't tax the lungs.

    Yo troi,
Your ABV has to be some of the most potent stuff around.
I would love to find a way to root through your garbage and
take all the used goodies home. :brow: :ko: :ko:
Of course I'm saying this because I feel that an unlimited
supply means ABV thats been barely vaped. :D

Would you recommend I go tinnicure, or butter. I've made some nice ABV butter before, but eating it that way just inst for me. I'm very interested in the tincture method, just trying to find a guide that answers all my questions first; also yes, I have a few jars that are well vaped, but I have started not vaping my buds to the maximum about 6 months ago, so there is still a dark green tint to my Duff.

I also have a seperate jar for my HerbalAir ABV, and I'm not quite sure if there is much in that. Its almost dark brown, and smells like ass compared to my other Vapes ABV.

Wow man, that's some heavy usage. I don't think I would even have the energy nor the time to vape that much. I usually go through 3-4 0.05g bowls in my DBV in a day.

I would defintely describe that as heavy usage, compared to myself.

I think you should take a break and get a PD
