This is the method I use which I got in part from reading about lung exercises.

The technique:

1.) Expell all air from lungs.
2.) Take very deep breath of air, filling from the abdomen up.
3.) Expell all air from lungs.
4.) Fill lungs to 2/3 their capacity from vaporizer, filling from the abdomen up, drawing from fast to slow
5.) Fill rest of lung with air and if applicable remove vaporizer from heat source, continuing to draw off of the vaporizer (in order to cool vaporizer, stopping vaporization when not in use).
6.) Hold breath a moment.
7.) Inhale one last bit of air.
8.) Hold breath a while (as long as comfortable/possible).
9.) Exhale slowly and controlled through the nose.

Works well for me and everyone I know!

Here's something of interest:

Back in 2002, researchers at Sweden's Karolinska Hospital studied humming and its effect on the sinuses. Humming occurs only during exhalation and they found that humming increased the gas exchange rate between the nasal passages and the sinuses to 98% from 4% when not humming.

They also found that nitric oxide levels were increased by 15%. Nitric oxide improves circulation by dilating the capillaries. This is a good thing. Nitric oxide relaxes your blood vessels, lowers your blood pressure, and is the molecule that makes Viagra work.

On exhale, if i see visible vapor, i will re-inhale it hold and exhale. If I still see vapor on my second exhale I will re-inhale hold and exhale. I repeat until I stop seeing vapor. So basically I try not to exhale any vapor at all, I find I get a lot higher this way and use less material.

oh yeah.....well i do that shit sometimes to when i wanna get a quick head rush....it deprives your body of the STANDARD amount of oxygen it usually gets producing the added "high" :brow:

its cool :| ....... ;)

That was great. 86 hits vs what... 24, was it? That explains why my 8ths last over a month when I vape exclusively... Not to mention that napkin was terribly gnarly after a half gram.
