Hey Californians - what's the deal with selling to dispenseries?

I know a lot of you guys are medial users that buy from dispensaries. They will take dro from growers right? How's that usually work it out, how well do they pay??

I've heard most pay on consignment. It would be very interesting to hear from people that have done this - I'm curious how the whole thing works. Not that I'd stick my neck out like that, but the whole gray economy aspect of it is interesting for sure!
