My wife suffers from this disease , muscle spasms are a common symptom.
Anyone have recommendations of strains that help treat muscle spasms?

I have no expertise at all. But, muscle spasticity is addressed by GW Bio Epidolex--which is CBD without any terpenes. I'd look for high CBD strains.

Candida Cd1 is a very high CBD strain.

Hi thanks for the info but I make a high strength CBD Isolate tincture for her.
The THC is used mainly for relaxing the muscles and pain relief.
