Multi-brand HEALTHY RIPS FURY

I am having problems with my charging port on my Fury2. I sent an email to Healthyrips and got almost an instant answer to send it back. REALLY NICE NOTE. Not only does this company make a great product, they know how to work with customers! Of course, the thing is built like a tank so they probably don't have to do so very often!

Great work, HealthyRip people!

Bummer, but before you do you might want to try another cable? I have two aftermarket cables (one a very nice one with multiple plugs) that now have problems with 'some vapes' that work well otherwise. A fresh cable works with all of the vapes and other 'mini USB stuff', at least thus far. But those other cables can be counted on to sometimes give troubles and sometimes needing 'fiddling' to get working, sometimes not effective.

Being of another sort of mind I might have sent several otherwise faultless vapes off to strangers. Not that HR is a stranger, of course, but you get what I mean? And you're right of course about their CS, getting close to 'impossible to beat' IMO. Especially for volume they run? They standout with other sellers in the 'great CS' bunch, they have basically that one product to rise or fall on. For now. Even MF has moved on from the Launch Box. And they support @Vitolo. Like I said, it's about as good as it can get with HR.

My current opinion is the tiny wires in the plug against the fit of shells is a weak link. It'd try a different cable (or even two?). Your call, of course.

...though I prefer to pry it apart to using ISO
.. that plastic piece and pry it up and off.
Note, that I should have said push instead of pry in my previous 2 posts.

Pushing the plastic piece up and off really was quite gentle and effective. It came off quite easily. Not so crazy about prying things apart. :uhoh:

Had a good first session today. F2 was fine for me with stock mouthpiece, chamber load, and temps ~ 350 - 400F. This is my intended setup (out-and-about) so :nod:

So far I like it and have hopes it will suit my "active lifestyle". Putting together a small kit, awaiting the power bank, and more field testing - yeah I know, tough week.:science:

Accidentally macrodosed w/ the F2 and my bong last night, dusted a WPA filled to the brim across 5 big hits, it was way too much. Vision went blurry and I couldn't have a conversation where I didn't forget what I was just talking about. These huge comfy water hits are so fun that its making it way too easy for me to overdo it..

you can add degummed hemp fiber into the area the herb goes in the WPA and reduce capacity and filter the vapor @ the same time . cotton works too but the hemp wicking works better I've found... you can truly micro dose with that fiber filler... you can fill space in the herb chamber using native mouthpiece too

I have filled the native mouthpiece itself with cotton, (or hemp fiber).... to gather vapable wads of cotton.. loaded with resins.
I was going to mention that.... the reclaim oil it is turning out to be better than starting material !!! some areas the oils can be used will not be mentioned in this thread

edit
using the hemp fiber as a space filler on top of the herb or above the vapor path will produce more resin and reclaim... using the fiber down in the bowl with herb on top will provide less reclaim

Don't know of this had been brought up, but has anyone else had their lid of a dosing cap get stuck in the lid of the storage tube? They freaking fit right in there, and are a bitch to get out.
I've destroyed two storage tubes to rescue the stuck lid of the dosing capsules. Drew blood the first time.
So make sure your top dosing cap, last one put into the tube, gets put into the storage tube lid first to prevent that.

So now that I'm storage tube less, I've started using this little container that Dynavap shipped a magnet in. It holds four caps perfectly, and has led to my most compact travel kit.
All fits in this little battery case from imr. Tiny and discreet.

Does anyone else enjoy taking whiffs through the nose while their Fury warms up?

With the mouthpiece set aside, I find if I bring the bowl near (not into) my nose right after powering up my Fury, I can sample some very pleasant and flavorful lungfuls of herbal fragrance. When I'm doing this, I usually turn the power off before it gets to operating temp so that it doesn't cook the load any.

For the first few months, never had a dosing cap lid get stuck in the top of the centrifuge. Now they always do. My solution: Just load the caps into the tubes upside down so its the bottom of the cap rather than the lid that's contacting the tube top.

I have tried this technique a few times, but found that I had a small ring of lighter (even a bit greenish on occasion) around the inner lip of the capsules lid.
Either direction though makes for an easy experience for patients with dexterity issues.
@OF 's capsule tool, once again has proven to be easy to use for filling!
Edit:
@ChooChooCharlie pointed out that I misunderstood that we were not talking about the capsules in the oven here, but rather in the storage tubes, and their fit.
I get it now!

I can't give the Fury 2 the highest marks for flavor now that I'm using my Lil Bud most often at home. Not a fair comparison anyway of course That said, I was out this weekend and having a Fury 2 of green crack rather than a cart was super practical and effective. Excited for my Fierce preorder to ship in a week or two.

Any recommendations on where I should order a bong for my Fury 2 with WPA? No previous experience with glassware here, other than the Fury mini-bubbler, and I want to change that. In the interest of science, of course.

I would highly recommend the D020-d for use with the Fur2, it is my favourite to use,

It gives me a bit less restriction than the D020 and is slightly thicker glass with a tiny bit bigger flange on the mouthpiece that makes it just right for me. That being said, as these are hand made there will always be slight differences, even from the same seller, I have 2 Mobius sidecar knock offs that the seller sent me as 1 was late and they feel different to use from each other, weird.

I've been very happy with my Mobius knock-off matrix-sidecar from Stevenlmz79 for this sort of use. It was like $25 when I bought it:

That is where I got my 2, they are more restrictive than the D020-d even though they are much larger in size. I believe the D020-d retains more flavour than the sidecars due to less diffusion, I guess. The mobius knock off works best for me with my Plenty as that needs restricting!

Honestly, I would not be surprised if you are right. I've learned how much minimal diffusion is best with vapor since I bought that sidecar.

Maybe I should just skip the D020 and go straight for the diffusion pump if I want minimal diffusion for maximized flavor?
