What a joke, just like the entire program...thank god for places like Natural Order Health Services, and Global Medical Cannabis Society... i'm proud to not be "legal" anymore, not that I don't have a doctors support, but i'm not getting into this shit show of LP's, shoddy expensive product and availability nightmares.

You consider 13% to be high THC? In Canada, IMO i'd say that anything above 20% would be "high THC".
