I already own a Da Buddha which I love for giving me big fat hits that leak right into my brain but it most certainly does not conserve me weed compared to smoking pipes, I imagine this is because i can make quite alot of pipes last me all night with .2 grams while the same ammount won't even fill da buddhas wand a quarter, all the same i love vaporizing and am looking for a vaporizer that is good for a man who does not like to consume too much herb .3g a day is what i like to max it at but lately with my broken arm ive been going over

I have been looking at the underdog which looks a bit hard to attain in the uk and a bit too expensive. And the solo which looked considerable and affordable. Considered magicflight but it looked a little too compact and simple, portability is not a big issue for me, I just want to get the best bang for my buck and am looking for opinions on vaporizers that are particularly good at conserving small/regular ammounts of weed

Also If you have personal experience from one on average how many rips could you get from .10g for example

I have a Solo and UD. The Solo will conserve significantly better than the DBV. But if conservation is the main goal and portability is not a concern, you can't beat the UD. Any price premium you pay up front for the UD will be made up in med savings before too long. Both are great, but my vote for "best bang for your buck" (over time) would be a UD.

Edit regarding placetime: Also a great option from what I hear, but have never tried one. Log vapes in general conserve the best from what I have heard.

The log vaporizers do look beautiful and i am seeing good things from them on conservation in my lurking.

I have messaged dave at UD on facebook and am also considering a ww.

Not really thinking about the solo anymore, looks a bit tacky and am not too sure on its performance

+1 for log vape. I just picked one up and cannot believe just how little material you need for huge clouds.

It is possible that the Cloud vaporizer is just as efficient as any vape. I tested it vs my Eterra and I would say it was not obvious that the Cloud lost.

Yeah, but like my LSV, the Cloud surely doesn't encourage conservation.

Definitely want a vaporizer with a thin/narrow/skinny bowl for extreme conservation.

If they made a Cloud ELB that was 1/2 or 3/4 skinnier, it might help encourage conservation better.

Hard to do when you got a large bowled vape that virtually has no air restriction.

Kinda like putting around at 30mph on a deserted highway in a 427 Cobra.

Why would you want to live in the uk? So much easier to get quality herb there and lets face it, the climate, the people, the scenery are bloody perfect. Atleast in Calgary Banff and Lake Louise, the areas that I have been in.

    UK is shit

    Shit weather
    Shit government
Shit people although obviously not everyone
Shit herb for shit prices (equal to 14$ for 1.4 - a gram of quickdryed uncured crap if you have particularly shit sources)
And if you are in scotland like me, even shitter weather -.-

I think buddha and SSV are more or LESS the same thing so you are in more or less the same boat ^^

    You getting a UD?

So, I take it you like living in the UK?

I've visited a few times - a long time ago - and certainly saw some fetching places. And a change of scenery holds some appeal for a while. Then yeah I suspect I'd miss the beautiful west coast where I live (though it has been known to rain here as well). I don't doubt I'd miss the quality of the herb I take for granted.

I'm on the HI wait list and that is the frontrunner. I should read all of the HI and UD threads first though. I suspect the wait list incentivizes the purchase in that my name coming up will feel like an opportunity.

have you considered a "vapman" , it has a small bowl and has stretched my habit dollars I'd say, to be sure.the frugal man's vape :)

here is their site http://www.vapman.com/ check out the video's he has made you get a clear picture of the bowl and exactly how much he is loading it with.

best of luck in your searching.
