Unfortunately I don't see anymore on it other that the pic in the link, but does this look like a valid portable rig?

It claims to be the "Future of Smoking" but I believe that's referring to the smoking piece, the Genius Pipe, on their website.

Cool design, sort of Firefly-ish(not a smoker but can appreciate the design).

Hate to sound like a newbie, I imagine this has been covered elsewhere on FC, but is dabbing considered vaping or smoking?

Dabbing is definitely considered as vaping. If you are doing it right

This looks quite new, the vape nail accessory that is.

The genius pipe is known round here but not really liked as it's a combustion device.

However this new accessory would put it in vape territory if it works.

I'd be curious to know how it would compare to a VapCap within the context of concentrates.

Even if it produced better flavour with cooler vapour (there is no guarantee of that although it does have a huge cooling surface area) the VapCap is so small and versatile and does dry herb very well in addition to concentrates.

Personally I'm sticking to my VapCaps.
