The reviews for that specific link don't look to favorable on the quality of it. But hey it is only 7 dollars. The design is great though. Would you say this is big enough to use for trim?

I think it would hold just about 3 cups of "stuff"... it is a little shaky, but if the legs are hooked on a big bowl or pitcher, and no one bumps it, it is secure enough to leave to drip.

I first strain through a regular collander, dump, line my colander w 50micron Stainless Steel screen. Never ANY particulates in my butter. My colander is stainless as well..the handles rest on top of the rim of my 10 gallon brew pot. Works well.
