Ahhh no sweat bro, I guess I have been kinda suffering from a self imposed identity crisis kinda thing is all regarding that! Yeah you gotta dig 4 minutes bro! Just found out that 1st gen VC tips will not work, only the newer ones that have been done in house by George and his team, hope I havent gotten too many hopes up bro. Is what it is ya know!

No sweat and no worries, I was just afraid to being disrespectful towards your work ;)
I'm sure that your spirit will get a boost when the WS will be out!

As you speak about the VC tips, did you refer to the 1st gen tip with five or he 2nd gen tip with seven heat dissipator? Or maybe both? Ah ah!
I'm saying that because there is actually 3 generation of Ti tip (4 with the new one with larger grooves)!

I'm not worried as I've the last three generations :D

Maybe you can persuade Dynavap to give a small discount to those VC first gen owners who will have to upgrade to the newer tip, then? :brow:

Yeah, not sure about bog oak, since it's a better conductor of heat, plus it's expensive. African blackwood would be amazing though, if possible.

BTW, I was just vaping my Omni today to get myself reacquainted. I still prefer convection vapes by a long shot. But it's cool that the WS sort of offers an all-in-one solution in a sense, with a log for nice, high-powered convection vaping, and the VC as a portable, faster-heating conduction option.

Just want to put a plug in for not pressuring yourself to get these done within a specific time line. The HI logs have almost a 2 year waiting list before your name comes up and then it's another couple of months after ordering. No matter when it's done, yours will be wonderful.

And putting in a request to have a way to use water with it. Which I guess means one of the stems having a 14 or 18 end.

And no offense to George because I love the vapcap but the stems from Phatpiggie create a much milder smoke in my experience and I combust less with them.

Good morning had my 13 year old official bday party yesterday afternoon, was fun fun! Him and his brothers got Knocker balls for Christmas, they aired them up, climbed inside and got it on, they were bouncing off each other taking serious hits and then going back for more, lol what a funny time it was watching them! Sure is cold down here this morning and I love it, 15 hey hey!

@Fat Freddy Glad this sounds good to you bro!

@Eyedunno Ahhhh the beauty of the WS is it doesnt get hot to the touch at all on the outer side of the body nor really on the inside either. Having such a large upper cavity it retains very little heat. Also being Ti doesnt retain heat very much either next to other metals that have been used and are still. Also within the assembly of the WS I am implementing a method where there will be almost no heat transfer at all to the wood from the air path ensuring the longevity of the WS so really any specie can be used as long as it turns out! Yes Bog Oak will be more expensive but how do you put a price on priceless, Blackwood itself in the size it takes to make a WS will be rather high, but there again the WS is and will be a piece that will be around as long as there is an electrical outlet so the investment is one that will be well worth it.

@little maggie Ohhhh that is so not the road I wanna go, it is my intention to get these made and out ASAP, yes it is taking a bit of time now on the front end only because when doing something that has never been done before takes time to figure out setup, workflow and production time is all, once this is established then its full steam ahead and balls to the wall! The stem itself will have a 14mm tapered MP

This is the stem design style I am going with, I wanted it to reflect the log as well. This is just a beta WS tip I think so dont put a whole lot of thought into it right now. Dont forget all the glass that is coming as well for the WS, the WS package will have so much in it and will handle every situation you can throw at it out of the box so there is no need to worry about what you have to have or what you should add or none of that, really all one needs is an outlet most of all and then if you wanna do water then you should have a WT and of course water, ohh and dont forget you will have to have your own loading material, that will not be provided in the package!

    @emmdeemo :tup:

I just caught up with this entire thread, which is becoming sizable.
    I'm on board.
This looks outstanding, and I am a fan of titanium!
Ed's woodwork is superb, and I am certain this is a winner!

I just read through the pages in this thread... Wow! It is like reading a story from the moment a baby is born until he/she is about ready to leave home for college or a job :)

@Ed's TnT thank you so much for sharing so much of your life with us. This is a true family. I have admired your wood work from afar for a while lurking on these threads on FC. You have amazing skills as I am sure you are already aware. I just want to say that I appreciate you, and everything you have done for all of us cannabis devotees.

I know there are tons of people on your list and waiting for your WoodScents, but if you don't mind, can you please add me to your list too? Better late than never as my Mom used to say :) We can sort out details later if I am not too late to the party.

Morning Ed, hope all is going well in WS land.
You've been quiet recently, all for the right reasons I hope.

Your Bearded Beta's video looked great, what voltage was he running at?
Also will the WS come with a variable supply for the times when you'd rather have those low temp uplifting hits?

Good morning you all, gosh here I go again with another long absence, my bad yall my bad! So much has been going on, gosh the boys are doing great, getting bigger and eating more lol! My oldest is almost as tall as me, geez they grow up so quick, its crazy! We have 4H bout to start up in a few weeks, have our first meeting this coming monday, glad I got the boys the bows and my 13 year old that semi auto 20 gauge, will make doubling on the skeet mo easier when you dont have to pump! Hunting season is over for the most part down here, got quiet a bit of meat put up in the freezer, rrrrr doing duck and deer sausage this friday for em, rrrr ohhh how we love meat, love being a carnivore! I know its technically still winter but has been awfully warm here lately, staring to feel like spring, so ready to have green grass in my lawn and being able to cut it too woot woot I love spring!

Ok so I know I had said that I should have the WS ready by now and available by now but as I said in the past when doing something that has never been done before it takes time. The last hold up on the whole thing has been the Ti base plate, the OD of it has been a pain for most, its not that large but larger than normal machinery as far as I understand, it made it to the cutter yesterday and is being cut now I am told. Once this is done I will be receiving all components and will begin assembly and such, so much to do and iron out. Ohhhhh I did get a few large blocks of 3200 year old Bog Oak as well for more priceless WS, these pieces are going to be spectacular at this size, alot more figure and detail than what you all have seen on the smaller stems in this, going to be eye popping, ohhh and the buyer will also get a radio carbon dating paper to authenticate it as well, very cool! Pls pls hang in there with me you all, I will have you all know that next month is my 10th anniversary since starting Ed's TnT, it only seems fitting to launch the WS next month for such a memorable occasion. I am also wanting to do a giveaway thing here in honor of it and will be getting with the mods here for such a gig. I hope you all will take part in it and look forward to the winnings, be nice to offer up a priceless WS package as the trophy win!

@phattpiggie My man, alot of my delay has been setting the shops how I need em and the floor plan to deal with the work flow, gosh so much to do that unless one is in the situation they dont realize what all is needed and what all goes on to make what we do happen, its a task but a fun one as well. My guy in that video is running his WS through his own VK at 12.5V. Yes sir I will be adding in the WS package a temp control detachable inline for users to dial up and dial down the temp according to their liking, not an added expense, a standard part of the package always!

@Reflections Ohhh lordy, hope you do as well! Lol, not sure if you have seem the S&W M&P Shield .45, sure dig that little piece, fits well in the hand like the WS will as well! My lady thanks for stopping by and pls forgive me for my delay in replying, I hope all is well!

@Vitolo My man what a pleasant surprise it was seeing your name pop up on my cell, had been a while and was so good speaking with you and so great hearing how life has turned for you and Patty, gosh you both deserve better and I so pray for that! Thanks for stopping by as well and getting familiar with the happenings here, going to have a winner winner for you soon enough. Thanks for the kind words, you have always been a solid in my corner and you know my work well, I appreciate you and will be in touch soon!

@DarkSm0ke Wow thanks so much for your kind words, really does mean alot to me! I feel like a bad family member though as I have been been away for a while here and there and not been able to update as much as I have in the past but I do truly plan on getting back in a routine here as I was in the past, pls hang in there with me and its a pleasure for me to do what I love and have you all love what I do, thanks much! As a matter fact I dont have a list and TBH really dont like lists, I have always steered clear of such and just dont like being tied down so to speak, I hope you understand. As I said back though I will have 100 units in various species so hopefully you will be able to snag one ASAP. I will let you all know here a few days prior to launch so everyone can get in on the release, you can count on that and also hope you will take in the 10th anniversary giveaway I will be setting up soon as well! Thanks again for stopping by and sharing your feelings thats important to me and warms my heart!

@TheVaporist Ohhhhh my man, lift off is so close, in T-minus.....

@little maggie Oh my dear yours will be the first to get out thats for sure! The WS glass should be arriving from the lab the end of this week or first of next, that is another great big reason for the delay also, glass and Ti base are the final hitches in the giddyup, soon we will be off to the races!

Wow hello and good morning you all, WOW WOW WOW, we are finally here, closer than ever before, I will be releasing the WS soon, going to be a couple more weeks though, yeah yeah I know, gosh I have so much to do. I hadnt even realized just how much I have to do. I have had all my shipping supplies for the longest time, I have had all the smalls, addins, extras, freebies, and all that, just gotta put it all together. I am and have been working on how to and setup info as well as all the other paperwork that needs to be sent along with it. Have also been working on the web aspect of it, doing images and sliders, shooting pics putting all that together. Ill have all the Ti components in hand next week, all the glass is done at the lab and is being shipped any day now. Geez so much to do and so much more to do after that but hey this is what I have been working toward and for the last 8 years, not to mention this is my 10th year in business and this month is the month I started it all way back when I had learned to build a website with Microsoft publisher was more than simple back then, not to mention I had plenty of time to work on it considering it was 18 months before I got my first sale, gosh how blessed and thankful I am to you all and everyone else that has made my success here a reality and love of mine for all this while, a

BIG BIG THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND LOVE!!!

I am going to do a anniversary introduction kinda thing here this month in the contests thread for a one of a kind 3200 year old BOG OAK WoodScents priceless package, its so going to be worth it and be packed with so many goodies, I encourage you all to keep and eye out and look for it and pls get in on the giveaway. Long back I had a couple contests where to enter one would have to give a small small donation to the make a wish foundation, there are so many kids that are ill and dealing with disease and conditions that limit their lives and even take it from them, the make a wish foundation does so much for these kids by making a wish come true for them, I know the smiles my sons wear are priceless to me, I cant tell you how much it warms my heart and soul to see them at their happiest smiling and laughing. For another parent to be dealing with how tough it is for their child to be in this situation just seeing them smile and forget their condition for only a few moments is worth more than anything to them is priceless itself. SO be on the look out!

Oh by the way here are a couple shots of some Buckeye Burl just getting shaped up, still needing to get all dolled up but are on their way getting ready for the big day!
