Eating Classy: THC-evoo & Avo

Floating In My Tin Can
In keeping with healthy, no-heat recipes, I've got another easy way to consume your cannaoil.
*This recipe is meant for evoo-based extracts, but you can substitute it with slightly heated extract using coconut oil or soft butter.

What you'll need:
1-3.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extract
1 Ripe Avocado
1-2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

1) Cut your avocado in half, de-seed it, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in a bowl.
2) Add a bit of salt and pepper, your garlic powder, onion powder and mash all ingredients together.
3) Add your vinegar and continue to stir.
4) Add your THC-evoo and continue to stir.
5) Salt and Pepper again to your taste.

The end result is something close to an avocado vinaigrette. If you've ever had guacamole this is very close to that in taste and consistency. It's also pretty healthy as a substitute to most sauces and dressings.

Dose by the tbsp. You can use this on toast, tossed with spinach in a salad (favorite method), with tortilla chips, or a straight spoonful. In the fridge, with tupper-ware, this mix lasts about 4-5 days until the avocado starts turning.

Enjoy your healthy edible and please let me know if you liked it.
