Thank you! Does that have a carb hole? The XL version has one according to the pics on the website but I cant see one on the standard length CF body.

Oh, it has a carb hole, altought the pics don't show it. I guess all bodies and stems have one (unless requested otherwise - which I don't know they still accept, I remember reading here that they did accept it in the past).

My friends call me "Menz"
btw anyone else finds the spinning mp on the woody useless? Because of the wood finish the whole body just spins so nice.

totally disagree. i love my spinning MP especially when i am not heating with my IH. with my IH it does not matter. i like my spinning MP so much i wish there was a titanium one which i know there are not.

to each there own and life would be boring if we all thought alike, but i am a +1 for the spinning MP

1) No water will have better taste and dense cloud, vaporizer is good enough with only glass to cool the vapor.
2) In the video i using Omni Ti XL
3) Yes thats 18 to 14 mm joint adaptor, the hole of the small end is smaller than 10mm so my vapcap will not pass through, vapcap is good enough with glass no need 100% seal
4) Yes i have a no vapor but favor at first cycle with the portside & respect the click
I only smoked joint's and got into vaporizing 2011 so I'm very new to all this!
2012 I finially tried water and the FLAVOR was the best!
I was planning on both H2O path and DRY!
Can't wait to see what all the fuss is about!

I took a hit now it tasted like soap, anyone got any tips how to get the flavor out? Rinse it again with hot water?
Try a paste of baking soda and water, give the tip and condenser a bit of a scrub using the paste and a narrow Q-Tip before rinsing thoroughly, then let dry before reassembling. Hopefully that will get the soap scent out.

Does a VCAP have an adapter for water?
The midsection of a Vapcap can be straight like a cigarette or shaped to adapt to water. We call them VonGs; Vapcap on Glass.

You can buy a complete Ti VonG Vapcap from Dynavap

https://www.dynavap.com/dynashop/vaporizers/vong/omnivong/skinny-body-blackwood-omni-mp

https://www.dynavap.com/dynashop/vaporizers/vong/nonavong/cocobolo-stem

or just a spare VonG body or stem to switch out

Then there are stunning aftermarket artists. Check out their threads. Make sure you're sitting and prepare to be WOWed.

@phattpiggie makes stunning custom stems/VonGs. You need to check out his thread and scroll through his beautiful creations.

@Winegums makes wonderful VonGs for use with water tools as well as interesting and creative boxes and dugouts.

Lots of options to use a Vapcap with water.

I`m curious how it competes with the Vapman.
The Vapman was my previous go to vape. I have three.

I loved them till I discovered the Vapcap. IMO the Vapman is slightly harsher, the air intake holes are harder to regulate. It's harder to thoroughly clean. It's shape makes it less portable. You must only use a single jet lighter, and temperature regulation is more difficult. So, I don't use my Vapman anymore. But they are very good, beautifully crafted vapes.

I feel that the Vapcap is superior by a country mile.

The VAPCAP is small and neat.

I can hardly wait until it arrives!

Like a KID getting his first BIKE!

I saw a video of @kellya86 using one plus you @Squiby told me how great they work!

The garden has the perfect hiding place for it?

Where has the time gone?
Anybody used just a BIC or candle?

I have been using only little candle lights or a small paraffin oil lamp (the best imo) with the M with much enjoyment. Take time to slowly bring the click alive on your M. Don't fill it too much and leave the herb loose. 1st cycle, go 3 seconds beyond the click. Everything will be vaporized nicely and evenly after three or four cycles. ;)

A candle is recommended over a Bic.

You'll need to vape inside or in a very protected area as a soft flame won't be able to make the required contact with the cap in a draft.

I have never used a lighter of any kind, and I only vape inside at home. I microdose. In fact i really enjoy the time it takes and the atmosphere surrounding the use of a vapcap. The lamp, on a low table beside a comfortable arm chair, music in the background, heating the cap with the rotating movements swaying in the flame, waiting for the click and then tasting the vaped herb and feeling the subtle changes in vibration, all of this is in itself a soothing ritual. I can use both hands to heat my M while I relax in the chair. The time it takes is just that, the time it takes. I feel that, during that time, there is an esthetical kinship with some sophisticated and in no way sordid, opiium salon. Poetic atmosphere favorable to meditation, creation or simple relaxation.

Yes, just that both methods will put soot on your cap. A Bic lighter needs to stay on longer than a single torch it seems and my thumb starts getting hot. I would respect the click and not a sec afterwards with a Bic or cheap lighter if you were in a pinch. :2c:

Did I understand you correctly.:uhh: As in you have a VC coming your way? :) Do you know what you are getting? :cool:Hope to hear what your take is on it. :myday:

Adapters for glass- I have 3 MP, but I use a ring of silicone tubing to fit my 'M' inside a 14mm female socket end for water tools. Have some 3 hole optional TwisTit stoppers for future projects.:science:
Like the ecig bubbler pairing that one poster had with their travel kit.

I will use 18mm x 14mm reducer bushing and plumbers tape (home depot teflon)

@CuckFumbustion I will keep my plug-in's for sure. (my wife bought me my EVO)
The "M" I will put in the garden.
READING DEVICE!

I have a few book's to read. (mostly non-fiction)
My DAUGHTER is way ahead of me. (so is my wife)

The "M" will be a add-on!

:tup:Congrats. Looks like you found a purpose and place in mind already. You could also take the 'M' poolside, in style. Do you have a torch lighter?

If I was to treat my VC's to the full desktop treatment, I'd get with one of @Pipes contraptions. VC's are more for me when I break the tether from Moon Base EVO. All thought I will have the 3 headed hydra setup with the plugs arriving.

When it comes to water pipe adapters for my M, I prefer using the small universal water pipe adapter from Delta3DStudios.

I also have a bunch of the fat mouth pieces (DynaVap sent me 5 after I got in touch with them for 1 that was missing from my BFCM orders - F Ya).

I don't get the same clouds with the fat MP, and it requires a 18/14mm reducer for my favourite pipes.

@Ratchett adapters rock. I have them for a Pax 3 and now the DynaVap. Along with a bunch of other super useful tools from his studio.

@Summer those look like water pipe plugs for cleaning. If so, they are super useful!!

Nice idea. You may want to check the hole diameter however, they may be 5mm as a standard.....
It is made to fit straight glass tubing. So it is some sort of standard sized. They seem to only offer the one hole size. Worst case, the very end of the mouthpiece of my 'M's could be shoehorned in, if it is say one size too small. I have a 6pk of #5 stoppers to arrive.

  • ' Available in standard sizes 3 - 10. (Size 3 and 4 are two holes only, Sizes 5 -10 have 3 holes) '
