As I said in the past you just need a spoon and a lighter to have a way to vaporize e-liquids. But is that an argument for the brain of customs officers?

Huh, that’s true. You probably could get the cotton fairly wet even without fear of leakage.

    No one wants leakage.

Thxxx, about time I get one of these.

Hey, they don't sell the black vinyl/rubber mouthpieces anymore?
    Dynavap neither it seems.
I was hoping to add one for fitting the M to my water pipe.
    Oh well, I'll hack something.

@$175 a pop, it’s not something everyone can get.

Not in my wallet’s purview, anyway.

Just thought it would be of general interest.

(I need to check my sofa for change, the mIQro just launched.)

Yeah, I've been reading his thread and waiting for the smaller portable to be released. I'm just wondering if his model is any better than pipes Portside Mini.

I couldn't find any pictures of products on his website. @stark1, if you don't have one, where did you find the portable mug picture?

Thanks! I didn't see that page. $175 is more than I want to spend for a second IH. Plus I actually enjoy using a lighter and a relaxed twirl.

Don`t forget to add the cost of the batteries on top of the $175, 3x(decent)18650 will push the price over $200.
I assume it is another Planet America shop, so that is US$:disgust:

What should be better with this device? Faster than @Pipes IH? Maybe a second, we don't know, but who cares? Better quality of parts and better security? We know nothing than Pipes IH, and there are lot around since his beginnings, never showed any safety issues. But there could be a lot of with construction of IH.
For $175 (w/o batts!) I expect it to have all the electric/electronic safety certifications at least.

I now have 2 new(ish) different stems, non-DV-approved, and did something I never thought I'd do... bought a second tip-&-cap..... to fulfill the wife's desire to have her own 'cap. So, here we go....

Upper tip is in a Xmax v2 H2o attachment. It is maybe a 7/10 with the Xmax(my opinion), and 2/10 for the 'cap(the tip fits tightly into the end, but.......) because I have yet to not combust in the H2o attachment...every hit is burnt tasting. Every. single. one. Must be something in the glasses heat retention.

I will continue the experiment.... for safety's sake....and edumacational status...for the team....

But so far, O.G. Chillum = good, and H2o adapter = meh....

Had you cleaned the H2O attachment before you started testing it?

No. Because that would make sense. It still is wide open, airflow wise.

Still trying to figure out how to get reclaim out of it.

ETA: I have also now added a small piece of cotton into the end of the chillum. Has helped a lot with smoothness of the vapor.

The OG one hitters is OK for a stem, there is some variance in the ID ( noticed you have the tip on the
draw end ). A bit on the long side?

Try the 12mm one hitter from GRAV, they are the right length to put a tip into, and looks spot on
(altho being glass they too have slight variations in diameter). Graphics make for an attractive combo.

If you like H2O, there are pen size glass hydrators.

I'm a huge fan of those BG Chillums. I see you are using your's with the opposite end as i have mine set up. Try flipping it around and popping a nug into that glass chamber and pushing it down towards the separation but not deep enough to block the air flow before inserting the tip into the stem. In a few days you'll have a beautiful sticky nug coated in reclaim that will last you over 10+ heat ups cycles. As a matter of fact I had one nug so coated I lost count how many heat ups I did before my chillum exploded into pieces from how hot it got and the tip expanding:lol:.
