Dispensary discussions?

Is it permitted to discuss the merits of individual dispensaries? I couldn't find anything in the rules about it.

I've been a Calif. MMJ patient for several years, but am fairly new to the S.F. bay area and would like to hear suggestions and pros/cons of East Bay dispensaries.

I've never been to any of the east bay dispensaries. There are many good ones in SF, but SPARC, and Green Cross I like. In SJ I use Elemental Wellness, Harborside and Airfield Supply. All these have lab-tested meds. There are cheaper places, but many don't test their meds.
