I would like to discuss decarbing cannabis.

The best oven decarb is 240 F for 40 minutes.

If you want to retain all of your terpenes by a "natural" decarb it is possible by using the "freezer method" of making a Green Dragon tincture. You would allow a natural evaporation to get the tincture to the required concentration.

A Green Dragon (GD) made this way will naturally decarb in about 120 days at room temperature.

If you suddenly need the medicine during the 120 days your tincture is decarbing, you can make a solvent transfer to coconut oil which could then be heated in a hot oil bath to 240 F. When bubbles have stopped (40 minutes, usually) the coconut oil GD is ready for use.
