Damn, I hope they're ok. I had been meaning to buy a replacement retaining lug and just hadn't gotten around to it, I am kicking myself now.

Does anyone have an extra gen 2 carb cap they would be willing to part with? D-nail has been out of stock for some time and they aren't great with communication at all. Thanks
Just placed a new set up for an enail. I'm all new to this so if someone can make sure I got everything in order and things are gonna all work right.
Got the rdk 300A with the flat coil.

And ordered the sic Halo with the slim series base which after the fact I'm questioning this decision. I forgot to order the carb cap so I went back to order one and it's out of stock. Now not sure when ill be able to get one. Which if anyone has an extra they want to sell let me know. Also any other ideas to get me by until it does come in stock. I did order a 18f 14 m reducer from thick ass glass to try to use as a carb cap.

I used this $15 tag one for a long time and was very happy with it. I prefer the d-nail one, but the tag one fits and seals well.

Looks good so far! I've asked d-nail repeatedly to let me know when carb caps were back in stock and they even said they were going to include one in my order due to shipping problems. That never happened so on the advice from some fellow posters in this thread I have ordered this and it is on the way:

supposedly it fits well with the halo and should have equal or better performance to the gen2 carb cap from d-nail.

I know the d-nail one fits around the inside of the halo and it seals incredibly well. I'm not sure how the newvape one fits on, I don't follow the thread. It's hard for me to tell from the product pics, it looks like 2 different style caps in there to me. I do like the thicker handle better than the d-nail dabber one, I never liked the idea of having an upright spike on my desk.

Well they've been having issues as a company for years now. Seems like they will never get their act together. I've heard rumors of them being bought out. Constant shipping issues, stock issues dodging customers questions. Shady business practices.
I will never buy from d-nail again in my life.

Wow, didn't know that...I just bought my slim line and halo from them and its been very good.
I thought they were a premier outfit...for no specific reason but that they seemed to be an early leader in enails, but I guess I was wrong

I was also under the impression that they were top dogs in e-nails. However, my first experience dealing with them has been nothing short of awful. This may not be the case for everyone I realize.
They straight up forgot to ship my order and i had to call them and remind them to do their freaking job. After that they managed to create a shipping label but STILL forgot to ship the damn thing. I had to call them again and remind them how to do their jobs apparently.

What's your setup look like other than the SiC?
Went to check the website to see if the carb caps were back in stock and the website is down. I was communicating through Facebook but haven't heard back from them for 3 days now. Now I have the whole sic halo and base coming today with no carb cap. I think I made a mistake should of went with the liger

They have definitely been having some issues but trust me SIC Halo > Liger Air
And even as unstable as Dnail has been lately, Id still give them my money over CCA any day.
Check out newvapes vrod cap, its a knockoff of the dnail v2, should offer similar performance.

Well yea their webpage wasn't even secured so this makes it an easy target to attack. Really makes me wonder about a company that can't even set up a webpage properly...
And good luck getting that carb cap! I was in the same situation as you I had the base and SiC halo coming to me with no carb cap. They kept saying it would be back in stock soon and that they would let me know when it comes back in stock. They even offered to ship a carb cap for free with my order since they screwed up so so so badly on shipping. They neglected to do this and proceeded to not respond to any of my messages.
D-nail is such an incompetent company I would recommend doing no further business with them. Their SiC dish can be ordered from NewVape along with the newvape base and the Vrod carb cap (fits on the d-nail SiC dish). You won't have to deal with idiots that way.

I ordered a simple beta mini nail kit on November 24th and I still haven’t gotten anything yet. They claims to have shipped out their orders between Friday and Tuesday of last week! I paid 18$ for 2 day shipping even though they said they would expedite to me for free. I’m not feeling so good about this purchase anymore.
Edit: they gave me tracking number that still says in preshipment and their website said my account was suspended, it took me going to this thread to see the website was down. Good thing because the wording of “account suspended” makes it sound more ominous and I was about to do a chargeback.

Well guess I'll order the vrod cap. Just worried after reading so many comments how the dnail cap is the only one that fits really good and gives the best preformance. But any recommendation on how many holes to have drilled in t6gt cap to work best paired with the sic halo? I think the options are 1 through 4.

Ive said firmly that the v2 is THE cap for the Halos but I can just see by looking at the design on the rod cap, aside from the inner lip, a 1 hole vrod should be all but indistinguishable from the v2, with the added bonus of the sideways handle option. The only real difference aside from the number of holes is the inner air area is stepped as opposed to a drop like shape in the v2 but I can't see that making a huge difference
