The basic stem options are the following- :

1 ) 62 mm standard length - Carbed - Straight cut mp end :
This type of stem is compatible with OMNI XL condenser and/or Ti / SS XL condenser with a spin mp. XL length : 62 mm stem + 17 mm OMNI/spin MP =79 mm .

2 ) 62 mm standard length -Carbless -Straight cut mp end :
This type of stem is compatible with Ti / SS XL condenser with a spin mp ONLY.
XL length : 62 mm stem + 17 mm spin MP =79 mm .

3 ) 62 mm standard length - Carbless - With custom 17 mm long ,non-spin Ti mouthpiece/CCD tool :
This type of stem is not compatible with any condenser system.
It does not need a condenser at all.
XL length : 62 mm stem + 17 mm custom MP =79 mm .

4 ) 79 mm XL length -Carbed - Tapered (rounded or angled ) mp end :
This type of stem is compatible only with Ti / SS XL condenser without a spin mp .

5 ) 79 mm XL length -Carbless - Tapered (rounded or angled ) mp end :
This type is compatible only with Ti / SS XL condenser without a spin mp .
But actually it does not need a condenser really.

2 ) Twister file knurl
3 ) Tree bark
4 ) Sandstone
5 ) Grooved ( specify # of grooves and distance in mm between them )

Stem color can be :

2 ) Antique Bronze
3 ) Purple
4 ) Deep Blue
5 ) Sky blue
6 ) Gold
7 ) Pink gold
8 ) Magenta
9 ) Ultra Violet Blue
10 ) Teal Green - Green

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note:
From time to time ,I will be making also some special edition stems ( limited quantity ).

Those are going to be found at the Classifieds section and can not be custom ordered .

Thank you.

CCD tool revisited

I've made a prototype sample.
Just to test it.
Made out of 316L stainless steel.

It's about 100 mm long .Here besides my XL daily driver .

One side is dedicated for removing the CCD from inside the tip:

While the other side is used to install the CCD back inside the tip :

Not that well finished ,but hey ,it's just a prototype sample.

Cheers.

Incredible! I’m in immediately

Could the side used for removing the screen come to enough of a point to also be used for stirring a load or as a pick tool?

I do not think so.
The diameter is a bit less than 5 mm.
It's quite thick to be used as a stirring tool-no matter the sharp point- ,at least for the VC.
For some table top vapes might do.

An idea that has been going up and down my brains lately.

A "Back-To-The-Basics" vape.
The BTTB.

On demand ,with mostly convection taking place .
Flame powered .
3x pieces of Titanium Grade 2.

One you Load .
the other you Heat
and from the last you Draw.

Drawing is done while heating ,mostly.
No flames or fumes are inhaled.
Has a learning curve ,apparently.

I think you get the whole picture.
Basic vaporizing principles.

Seems simple to be done, but it is not so really.

Yeap, I'd like a full convection "vapcap" buddy! Just pls pls find a way to cool down the vapor. Just imagining it hurt my throat! A spiral insert in the stem like Apollo's maybe?

interested in this as well for sure!

Will the mouth piece be dynavap-compatible? just a idea as it had be sweet if one could either use dynavaps offerings or your nice stems..
This would affect the "is it too hot"-question as well: if it is to hot for you get yourself a longer stem

1 thing i learnt owning the vapor lathe. You need a lot more heat to get pure convection.

I would think about a way of maximising the surface area that the air is being drawn past.

Vapcaps have fins for this reason - your need a similar idea i think.

Best of luck
