it may be possible to purge your herb of o2 if your the one growing it and curing it .i remember someone curing bud with no2 it was near impossible to smoke just would not stay lit.
the vac idea is good however being done to late if you grew in a vacuum the last day before harvest
you might be able to get it to release more o2 than normal (would love to have a vac chamber to test another old idea if one could use vacuum pressure to grow bigger buds lol)
