I bought it back in December 2014, but it's only got 29 hours logged on it, so it's been pretty lightly used. Still using an old version of the firmware (v2.04), but I have never had any problem with it whatsoever so I never sent it in for an update. I get 3+ sessions out of a charge, and I clocked the heat up time to 185*C last night at 2 minutes and 20 seconds. No cracking or breaking on the unit whatsoever and it's never overheated on me. It's in great shape. I have the original box which I will of course include along with the original cooling unit (used but thoroughly cleaned with PBW and ISO), loading tool, liquid pad, and two spare gaskets. My extra screens got lost (stolen by the cat?) and I gave away the grinder to a friend so those will not be included. I have another (non-S&B) acrylic grinder I have never used that I could toss in if you like.
