Converting a food "smoking gun" ?

I've just learnt of the existence of that machine, i haven't looked at how it works but i wonder if it can be used to vape herbs or extracts. It looks like some kind of heat gun.

Edit: i hadn't seen the video at the time of posting. I now see that it is in fact combustion with a lighter.

The minute i saw that flame (lighter) i concluded this was like some kind of pump-assisted smoking pipe for fancy cooking. It would have been too easy if this could have vaporized anything but that was an stimulating interlude, nonetheless...
