I was going to post the same thing today, I was hoping to grab it for $30 like some people were saying. The non-us listing is still up, but it's closer to $80.

I left mine on max temp for over 24 hours.

    OOPS!!!!

It's still in one piece and works like a champ though :)

I pulled the trigger and got this for my sister while she is waiting for her log vape to be made. Paid for it, sent her an email asking for tracking when it ships. Four days later she cancels the transaction and I have to wait about a week for refund. Ebay says she reported she was either out of stock or lost the item. It was a canned response. Kind of frustrating, especially since she didn't send an email letting me know what was up.

She only had one left for a day or two. Maybe someone else bought around the same time and it was eBay's screwup? I don't miss my old eBay headaches! Sorry it didn't work out, I do believe there's another vendor posted in the thread but I think its international.

I've accidentally done the same thing overnight. Thought I was going go nightcap with it and turned it on max temp to get hot and got lost in a Vapman pan..glad the vapes OK. Your house too!

Still using mine daily and really enjoying all the adapters it came with in other vapes.

i have 2 of these things, well one came DOA with a shattered heater cover, seller sent another one free of charge so i got a second set of all that glass for free! great deal for $39. This thing works every bit as well as my LSV did and its basically as good as my SSV, it is literally the same experience as the SSV just more open air flow. Sometimes stuff from china can be pretty great lol. especially with them copying such a simple concept.

So that explains why she cancelled my order 4 days after taking my money. I am okay with that since you were in line first. I just wished she had sent me an email explaining what was up. I ended up buying one from Fcer in the classifieds.

Oh wow I just read up and saw all of that. I really just posted because I saw the thread moving and I wanted to share my good experience and maybe help people who were thinking it may be unsafe or faulty. Sorry she didn't let you know what was going on. I ordered, received 2 days later, reported it and 48hrs later again I had the second one. It was all pretty fast and she never really responded to me either. Just one message, "ok sorry to hear it came broken, thank you for the pics, will ship new unit today" I guess I got lucky and you got unlucky..?

Whatever at least you got one man. The box full of glass comes in handy and you could easily spend 40-50 on that stuff alone lol. The vaporizer works great after 1 burn off which actually produces much less of a smell than you would think. About 10 minutes of a normal factory smell when you put it close to your face and it was good for me. enjoy your pop vapor man. Great way to get into that seventh floor desktop style for super cheap. And it stands up straight!!! that is literally the main reason a friend has my Lsv now lol.
    Cheers

Yeah bro, I spent a bit more but I am sure it is totally worth it. I got it for my sis to use until her Bamboo HI is made. The glass is staying with me

You are right the glass is totally worth the price on it's own. I am surprised there are not any more people selling these things on e-bay. I can get one through DH Gate but it is about $90. So how long should I run this thing on high to burn off any factory smells? Is there any kind of marking on the knob so you can dial in the same temp every time? I didn't even think of that at the time. Also @Oogendoogan, do you use a light dimmer plug like some of the other posters do to limit the amount of current to the Pop Vape to run at a lower temperature?

I am a higher temp vaporizer, around 390-400, and this thing doesn't get as hot as an Lsv I don't think so I don't see the need for a dimmer. The glass is totally worth it and your sister will love it. I'm sure it was worth spending a little more. She will continue to use it even with her HI. I got a chance to borrow my buddy's SS core HI last week and it really is a dream log vape but the Pop vapor gives you those huge, tasty seventh floor style hits that she may not want to totally give up. The glass really is awesome. Idk if you have a Milaana but it all fits in there, expept the long transfer wand :( that woulda been fun lol. Or dangerous who knows.
    Edit:
Lol know that Milaana question was off topic as hell. I know a couple other pop vapor owners have them that's why I was thinking about it.

Mine had 0 smell whatsoever, yes the knob has a line on it to dial in on your favorite setting. If you think of it like a clock my favorite setting is right around 2 o'clock but im sure the heat varies slightly unit to unit.
I would complain to the vendor then..I've convinced two other buddies to buy one locally and all three units run atleast as hot as an LSV. Very easily capable of combustion past 2:30!! Being slightly lighter in weight seems to contribute so a quicker heatup time as well.
My transfer wand fit but not the whip elbow. :hmm:

Did anyone get a choice of color or is everyone rocking red?

Mine is red but the broken one was green. I have a buddy who has green as well and he knows one with green too I think. Wish the green worked it's cool. It has a green dimmer button :)

What's wrong with it? Still got it? These things are incredibly simple, I'm sure it could be repaired.

Heater cover is shattered. Could I just grab a Lsv one to replace, I don't see a clip or anything.

Anyone still using theirs? Mines still going as strong as day one, wish I knew another good vendor. When I tell combusters the price I paid they are suddenly interested in vaping!

@nondarb how long does this unit take to heat up? How does it do with smaller loads, like 0.05g? Do you use the whip it came with or does it stink too much?

Anywhere to find this in the US? I am willing to give it a shot just based on using an lsv.

I got 2 from eBay, one came broken and I got the other as a replacement, thing is it was just the heater cover that broke so I can swap the cover from my working unit to my backup. I don't use these much but they work just like the LSV. Like exactly the same and the cord comes out the side so it stands up.. maybe the LSV is more solid but this vape can't be beat for the price. I paid like $35..

I had a SSV at the time and getting my pop vapor really pushed me to sell that because I had logs, my evo so it was seeing less use and the pop vapor is the same as the LSV which is very similar to the SSV so it's like I never gave up that vaping style. Honestly I usually use my logs, evo or even portables but you can pack an 18mm male to male with a basket and extract it all in one or two huge milky hits, just like the LSV, it is forsure worth the money and the glass that comes with it is honestly worth the price tag on it's own.

You get like every adapter, 18 to 14 male, female, whip adapters, etc. if you can find one for even like $75 I would say that's more than worth it. Check eBay, a hats where I got mine.

    Cheers,
    Stay vaped :peace::leaf:
