Cheap, high-quality bubbler??

I would respectfully disagree, all of the pieces I linked have simple percs that will not produce loads of bubbles.

Also, diffusion is definitely linked to volume of pathway which is why the ones I've linked would be good because they have low volume to keep the vapour dense.

At the end of the day it's personal preference, and even though it's cheap glass I'd still have to like using and looking at a piece.

 Both is always a good idea! If getting one of these, I might go with a matrix perc for a second piece. As different as these two are, they feel very similar to me in performance. Could just be me tho. I almost always reach for one of these for the dabs. If I had to chose one for vapor, I'd take the D-cycler

OK. If you say so. Everything I've seen of the Klein type (internal recycler) and fab eggs look like they churn things up pretty well compared to many others. And must admit, you've lost me on diffusion linked to volume of pathway. Unless you mean a shorter pathway through channels or a maze of glass. That I get, and is why I think a clearer can is better than an egg or similar. Once the vapor is through the perc and in the can, diffusion is pretty much done IMO.

Apologies on saying the same about the hydratube you linked. That one does look very good for low diffusion vaping at second glance. When I first looked at it in my vapor haze last night, I thought it was a different one.

Yes, personal preference is always key. And if you're after form as much as function (or even more), that is part of a personal choice. Just being a pretty well made piece of glass satisfies my form criteria. Function is what it's all about for me - especially with the cheap Chinese stuff. And, performance is what I am usually commenting on here for what I like best.

No, you definitely want a 14mm Female and the silicon condom on the GH. Works a trick.

Good news on my failed fab egg joint (see:#23520)
I expected problems because the fail was so hard to see - or photograph.

But it's all turned out good. Had to get in touch with DHgate to open a 'dispute' because they were going to release payment to the vendor - and the vendor had not replied to my messages because he/she was still away on New Year's hols.

Yesterday morning there were emails and messages waiting for me. The dispute had been resolved and I was to receive a full refund - which is what I had requested - with no requirement to return the glass:clap::clap:. Had another email today stating that the refund - $39.29 - had been deposited in my account.

All this came from DHgate (or, 'System' as it spookily calls itself). I also had a message from the vendor saying that they had just got back from holiday and would send me a replacement "asap" :hmm:. I messaged back to say that I'd accepted a full refund and that there was no obligation on their part to send me a new one. Will let you know if there are any further developments there.

All in all I'm very happy with the way it's turned out and would use this vendor again.
    It was senyoglass420

As for the fab egg, well I'm going to attempt a repair with glass glue.

That good to know because I ordered the D-cycler this morning and decided to think about the FC UFO. Maybe I'll go with a matrix for my second one. Also ordered the mighty water adapter from delta 3 studios so I am going to use both the might and the grasshopper on it. Cant believe I've had the might for over 1 1/2 years and never hooked it up to a water pipe.

Sounds like a good plan. @Ratchett (Delta 3D) will hook you up nicely for a cheap price!

I think FC UFO would be a good second. It is very similar to a Matrix perc in performance. Just less little bubbles, and more big ones. A good thing that doesn't require the same concentration when you're drawing the vapor thru it. When I said don't know about getting "both", I meant D-Cycler and FC710. Think you'll really like the D-Cycler. I love mine!

Problem is there just isn't one best piece.
Get a lot of different sizes and varieties. You'll see just how many uses there are at different times.

The adapter from Ratchett is a very good one. As a alternative I recommend the 18-14 Teflon Adapter from Sublimator. It creates a tight seal and protects your vape against scratches.
Regarding to the Hopper you should remember that there will come the next weeks a special water piece adapter aka a new formed frontend with less draw resistance especially developed for using directly in a female joint

Yeah, the FC-UFO from StevenLMZ79 is one of my favourite glass pieces especially for group seshs.
Its very stable and versatile cause you can exchange the mouthpiece with a whip which allows you to rest your piece fixed on its place during a session and just passing the whip to another.

If you prefer a larger piece give the FC 186 a try. It works really awesome, its very smooth with a little lack of flavour but still very nice compared to the simpler ones.

I don't like to recommend something that isn't like the FC-UFO. Modular pieces are best for the first piece because you can get multiple different uses out of it. It's pretty much a no brainer to me.

Yingmin5's hydratube pieces that include bases are great for first time pieces.

Or go the butane way, you can have very a small device that can really milk your piece.

Just received my Hydratube from Yingmin5, Shipping was very fast and Item was packaged in a way you could play football with it, European and American ;)

The Tube is great, percs are cut very nicely and has a nice fit on my Evo. slight wobble but it seals and works great.

Great Transaction, would definetly recommend this Vendor and Item

    http://www.dhgate.com/product/new-big-vapexhale-hydratube-with-1-birdcage/388109628.html

Fantastic Experience overall, and Quality is really good for the price.
    Edit:
    Some Substance to my "review":
The diffusion is quite high, and taste suffers because of that BUT you get crazy big clouds, which I feel are more satisfying in my lung while irritating my throat less, compared to my previous simple bubbler (not very satisfied with it, but flavor on the other hand is almost just like using the dry mouthpiece, only better because its cooler, but every second hit will make me cough HEAVILY) The only "flaw" i can find is that the stem connecting to the bottom area is a little off center, but its only cosmetical.

    and heres some pics :)

    Size Comparison

    My kind of Bling ;)

Now im getting ready to make my next purchase, looking at the straight fab by steven or maybe a stereo matrix, any others that are great for Vapor and Oil? FC-1000 is too much perc for me :)

I bought the 12arm tree base too, but it was from another seller... Will update when they arrive.

Yea I have the coil mini tube from them. Just beware of the possibility of lead paint and restriction from the coil.

    There you go mate ;)

Granted, my water level is pretty low, but i dont think as long as people stay within reasonable limits, you won't get any water in your mouth or the overfill chamber.

I have not tested it but I removed the label on the downstem for good measure. But yea buyer beware! Some of their stuff comes without a lablel so you may be able to request an item without it.

I'm more worried about the other parts. Since I always request without a label I'm more worried about anything else being contaminated. I knew how to test this stuff. I may have to eventually just get an authentic illadelph adapter if I can't figure out a way to do it that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Just an arm.

Edit: Based on the post you made earlier, I googled and a reddit thread. Don't know if I can link it since it says fake "Brand".

Seems like others have ordered these with good results. Still wish I had a way to test but looks like this could be an interesting option. I'll be testing it out soon.

The Yocan Torch is the most underrated, under marketed product in soCal. I had never even heard/seen/fathomed a device like this..bought it a couple months ago figuring it would go in the POS box of commodity items that never worked...this thing is the real. Ive used it in glass...straight up by itself as a standalone...unless it's like $50+, something that could compete and get you a real nice set up...for under $40, this thing is/was a STEAL. And Ive found the stock battery to be adequate, more than, but love the idea of using a TC mod like I have seen others on here, as we all know batteries go out. If its a toss up between this and a product like...I have not found any product I bought at a B&M store, for 30 bucks that has changed the game like when butters became a pimp on southpark,

See, like if this set up that is straight bomb, is a bit outta your league, the Yocan Torch can turn a simple rig, or literally by itself, into something thats easy like this. By the way, nice set up. To say the least.
