It comes with charger from Thermovape and 7-8 batteries(2250s, gray panasonic) 5 of the batteries are brand new.
CERA is in great condition, never been dropped, its a 9/10 I would say. I will clean and boil before shipping. I haven't had an issue with this Cera for months and it should still be under warranty. I just don't use it as much as I slowed down on concentrates.
