Can THC compromise allergy test results?

I am affected by chronic urticaria, it started many years ago and it is very annoying (often painful).
I have to do the Prick test and Patch test very soon(to find allergies to the skin), and I would to know if I vape before the tests, can the THC change/compromise the results?

I've had several allergy tests throughout my life (18 now) because I have a buttload of food allergies... My last one I'm pretty sure I was smoking pot regularily be then... maybe not quite. Either way if there was marijuana in system it didn't affect the tests. I was still allergic to peanuts and hazlenuts and whatever else it was like the last time.

Thanks for reply, however I have stopped vaping for 10 days before the test to be sure. Fortunately MJ seems to be harmless to me, my allergy is not associated to its, though I must avoid other 1000 foods and substances:/
