very interesting find! Now the people who are making money off of concrete and the standard construction materials will need to slip their legislators a bit of $ to make sure yet another more environmentally-friendly cat stays in its illegal bag.

The builder, Clarke Snell, is taking pics, but he is not a
professional. It's in W Avl at 67 Talmadge if any of y'all are
interested in learning more or dropping by. (I don't think it's more
than a hole in the ground at present but that will likely change

This sounds very reasonable, currently they use several long strand fiber additives to concrete, I have worked with glass fibers and plastic (from shredded bottles). Hemp just makes great sense as both the other fibers mentioned take great energy to produce. The hemp would be protected from the elements, another great reason to have hemp.

Yeah I find it such an incredible coincidence that everyone's favourite medicinal/psychoactive herb is also perhaps the most useful plant in the world for so many other reasons too. It's like God's trying to tell us something.
