Bogus oil cartridge dilemma

I have a couple of pre-filled oil cartridges that aren't working. Should I try to transfer the oil to another cartridge or just empty them into an atomizer? Website (doubledelicious.net) says they're pure oil - which I am assuming means no vg. Thoughts?

You should be able to pop the mouthpiece off and scoop some of it out with a dabber. You probably won't get all of it though.

Put them in a baggie and pour hot water on the sealed baggie so that the oil inside becomes more runny, and use a syringe to extract the oil would be one way. Just brain storming here.
