BHO pg/vg separation issues

Hey all,
newbie old schooler here trying to make some oil for basic vape pens. having trouble with separation.
Here is what I have and how I have been doing it. any help appreciated.

Bho, heated and vac purged for hours . Heated goo to 130f and have stirring on magnetic heat stir plate.
, added pg stirred for a couple hours then added vg and stirred together for another few hours. using a 70/30 pg to vg. everything looks great. after 12 hours of sitting. it all completely separates. like oil and water.
what am I missing? should I be heating pg/vg before adding to the concentrate?

I ran into this issue. I ended up dropping the vg and just used pg. However in my research I did come across some advice that said the bho would have to be winterized. Never got to try it out though.
