I ran out of edibles and had some Desfran BHO just sitting waiting for use in the recycler, decided to just make up some quick Medible Oil. Goal was to get about 25mg dose per tsp.
Decarboxylate 2 grams of BHO on silicon mat in oven at 275F for about 5 mins, watch for the bubbles to stop.
Warm up 1 cup of Coconut Oil on low on range
Dissolve 3 tsp of Sunflower Lechitin in warm oil
Once the BHO has decarboxylated, quickly add it into the warmed coconut oil and stir with a wire wisk until fully incorporated.
Pour into container of choice.
Assuming that the BHO was 60% THC, that should have been around 1200mg of THC in the cup of coconut oil. Roughly 257ml total. Approx 4.6mg of THC per ml, or 23.34mg per tsp.
I took 2 tsp about an hour ago and am feeling it well. Comparing it to 50mg doses I've had from dispensaries, I'd say it's pretty close, possibly a little stronger, which leads me to believe this BHO was probably stronger than 60%.
