I've been around here for quite awhile but there's something that always seems to happen and yet, the practice continues and that practice is the desire to purchase a brand new vaporizer design as soon as they become available, or even before they become available. In just about EVERY instance, brand new vape designs that are released on the market go through subsequent design changes that addresses both performance and reliability issues and for many that want to "be the first on their block" to own one of these, many times, they are left out in the cold with a vape that is inferior to those that get these manufacturing updates. I mean I know that, for the most part, we are enthusiasts here, and as such, we will jump at the chance to get the newest and the latest, but there is a price to pay for this. I just wonder if most here realize the gamble that is being taken when one does this or do they go into the transaction thinking that "THIS TIME", it will be different. And yeah, I know that many manufacturers are always trying to improve their designs and that it is an ongoing effort, but what I am talking about here is not design improvements, but rather design changes made to address a faulty design when first introduced. I'm just a bit surprised at how many here are willing to be unpaid beta testers. I don't mean this to be derogatory. Just trying to understand the mindset of not only purchasing a brand new design but prepaying for a brand new design that hasn't even been released yet.
