I read something in another forum, about peoples inability to sleep after a certain time.. the solution was simple yet difficult, going to sleep early like 8-9pm. If you are willing to try it for a week, maybe it will help. Although i dunno your work schedule and whatnot, it is much difficult than it sounds because nowadays people tend to stretch their days for way into the night. Try going without electricity and you realize your day ends much sooner. Well then, maybe more medicin each week.. but since i mixed tobacco it should be close though. Couldn't have said it better myself, that is exactly how i feel about it. Indulge enough to keep you satisfied.
