Using Solo right now with Space Monkey loaded. Very smooth up to 6 but get huge clouds at 4. Long and slow draws are best, and oven has the machined vents. Seems to act like convection is a sure factor. Draw resistance is real fine and on mid powers I am surprised at the vapor exhaled. No popcorn here even at 7.

This original Solo makes better vapor than my Vapolution II or my Underdog. Very hard hitter and the vapor quality is exceptional. Gonna have a relationship here.

Some sort of silicone sleeve would be nice as I have very dry skin and arthritis in my hands. Got some Gorilla over electric tape just below the top for now. Broccoli blue rubberbands from wife's work might help.

Think I will be shopping some accessories. Nothing water related though.

Versatile as all get-out too; a little bit of shatter in the hot oven and either jam the stem in or gong and pinnacle.

It's 32 degrees outside. Inside it is warm, love wood heat. Plenty of wood and weed for the winter. Been staying high and working on my stamp collection. The local stamp shop is having a close-out so I am having a great time with it.

63 degrees f at this time!

No wood heat however gas burner is 79 degrees f!
I like it cooler however my girl’s like it warm.
My STAMP collection is from the 30’s so it’s not special.

I have some OG 1/8 unit my next delivery?
The SOLO has a new curved stem on it’s way!

    Let’s get this party started!

I should order a couple of curved stems. I have two but both were dropped and broken on the ends. but I am resourceful(cheap), so I broke them off even, sanded and flamed them with a little torch and final wash. With a piece of hose to connect a glass mouth piece, it ends up close to normal. Miss my EQ, been broken for a month or so. Need to buy a new one, but have been focusing on my other hobby.

I break glass all the time?
The current situation is I was resourceful once?

4-me was just FREE THINKING made one do the right thing!

I would just make GonG’s and WATER Pipes if they weren’t so cheap?
My SOLO Will be back in use with my new stem!

    CIVILIZED one day!

That's not what I meant, but change/experimentation is good no matter.

FWIW there are no doubt far more who fear accidental contact between an errant bit of concentrate and that hot oven than those of you who sneer at such concerns.

    Way more.

One of the reasons we like having you around, in fact. Come to think of it, I'm hard pressed at the moment to come up with another reason.......

How does the Solo 2 work as an "on demand" unit? I'd like to buy a vape for my wife and she doesn't like any of mine. No butane, not interested in glass. Is it efficient to use the Solo as a one hitter?

Not recommended. I takes a couple minutes to conduct full heat into the load (through that glass she doesn't have interest in) to get a full hit. I comes with a 12 minute time out because that's a reasonable time for the usual SESSION involved?

    Perhaps something like MFLB?

Batteries if she’ll like changing them or having a bunch? My experience? (MFLB)

A old SOLO work’s fine if standard basic is OK 4 her?
I like a session usually so I’m not qualified 2 make comments?

There are a whole bunch of good vapes that are convection, they can be used "on demand". Some of the convection choices are : Lil Bud, Milaana, Milaana2, splinter, iheat, Boundless Tera, Ghost MV1, Fury2, Fierce and I am sure there are many more.

I think you should sit down and decide the criteria that are important to your wife. Then do some research. Each of the vapes I mentioned has its own thread.

You can also ask for folks who have a vape that interests her/you to compare and contrast over in Ask FC.

Good Luck. Enjoy the research. When you have more questions we are all here to help.
