Just wondering how it effects or enhances your song writing and performance?

I'm a guitarist in a gigging band, I find my best instrumental work is written at like two am, during those three or four bowls I do before I go to bed. As for performance I find if I try to vape before a gig or an audition to calm my nerves, I feel I'm more shakey and nervous than usual. But then again, once I'm a couple songs in I stop being uncomfortable anyway, then the weed can really help me out when it comes to improvising leads and shit.
