Thanks spot on about the bit for blocking dreams, No vaping means no sleeping for me. So if i am ever arrested i like to bookmark these just so i can print it out as evidence. TY
Haha no vaping and I cant stay awake!!
I thinks its cos I have a few parasomnia's. 420 helps me engage and stay alert.
Great article though. Props!
I'm with you, brother. Surgically repaired back and remaining chronic neuropathy means that the most I can do is cat nap and then wake, move all of the pillows/etc and try to find a position comfortable enough for another cat nap, then wake, repeat 10 -15 times a night.
I vape prior to bed. It seems to reduce the pain, let's my mind spin free and easy into sleep, and is sedative.
Not a great sedative as it doesn't last that long....but way better than the pharma they want to give me (Ambien is a total zombie maker in my experience).
I like the way this proves it has so many multi functions yet we have people in power willing to deny our evidence it works different ways for different people. One organic harmless plant now u know why they are shitting themselves over Cannabis. @Baron23 right on man instead of those harmful addictive opiods i presume you get good quality MJ? Hey the peoplekillers sorry "painkillers" only kill the pain what about the bad moods at having pain though? Again Cannabis multi-functional organic plant.
Unless you have a risk of schizo, hit it hard because last night i slept for 16 hours and woke around 16 times. Still tired as i type this so @Baron23 that must be horrible. I hope they come up with an even better way soon like sea snail venom + mj as the side effects of that ambien seem to be quite long.
It seems pretty rubbish in all honesty.
I won't touch Ambien unless under fairly dire circumstances....seems to take a lot of the joy out of the next day also. Like I said, may work for others but for me its a zombie maker.
Yep, been vaping some pretty good Cali originated herb and concentrates Mostly indica dominant hybrids. I don't get a good night sleep but at least I can get 2-2 1/2 hours at a clip a couple/few times in the night which let's me get REM sleep.
I hear that about interrupting dream processes but doesn't seem to for me. I still dream.
Edibles work better for longer periods of sleep, but they also hang me over a bit.
Is this the most current information? It's dated 2014.
