Chrome gives me this warning when I click on some pages of some threads (most recently, the "sell your vapes here" thread in the general forum):

"smokefreequitmeter.com, which appears to host malware"

Anyone else seeing this?

It's detecting an image link in Survivalisms sig (did a search on the source code). My FF doesnt load the image, it just displays the link and isnt clickable. If i manually go to the site, it is blocked and gives this reason:

"What is the current listing status for smokefreequitmeter.com?

Part of this site was listed for suspicious activity 3 time(s) over the past 90 days.

Has this site hosted malware?

No, this site has not hosted malicious software over the past 90 days.

How did this happen?

In some cases, third parties can add malicious code to legitimate sites, which would cause us to show the warning message."

Could be a false positive, but i see no reason to chance it.

Either way, it's just because someone posting on the thread had a link, in their message or sig (like an img hosted there in their sig), somewhere in their post. In this case, its not intentional spreading of malware, i'm sure. Nothing to be concerned about.

This was brought up on the ecig forums. The quit banners in sigs have been removed due to some issue with quitmeter.net
