ABV *milk*

1 oz of ABV

2 cups "whole" milk

place both items in double boiler

bring heat up to a "low" simmer for 15 minutes

strain out ABV

now you have some SUPER potent milk

it takes less than a 1/4 cup for nice effects

you can then take the milk and make,

milkshakes, ice cream, chocolate milk, add it to cereal or other recipes

I know someone who is very unresponsive to normal edibles, even of high strength, due to their metabolism

but when the person medicates with milk it hits the spot every time

Good to see that the milk is efficient enough in absorbing the cannabinoids!
Going to have to try this with some watercured ABV, then make some spinny pancakes :D

Well butter is smelly i think maybe becuase you simmer it for so long

The milk you only cook for about 15mins

But would not stink any more than accidentally sitting on a bag of dank

This recipe is the basis for how I make ice cream. I add heavy cream and a bit of butter to increase fat content and use it as my slurry to make ice cream.

Hello. I've been looking for a way to use the ABB herb left from my MFLB and this seems to be the easiest method. I can't understand why everyone isn't doing it! Chocolate weed milk! Brilliant!

I have a few questions. How vaped does the herb need to be to work? Does it work with browny ABV with little flecks of black and green? This is the stuff I am usually left with from the MFLB.

It also seems to be a lot of ABV for verry little milk? Do you have to use an ounce of ABV to produce just 2 cups of milk (less when it has been simmered and evaporated for 15mins!) is it possible to use an ounce with a larger amount of milk? Say a pint?

Finally, can anyone apart from the OP confirm that this actually works?

Cheers!

You can use less abv, the ratio listed will make it very potent!!

It will not evaporate, you want it at the lowest simmer possible

No worries man it works

Thanks for your help dude! Seems like such a simple and effective method. I will definitely be giving this a try. I will probably try an ounce in about 5 or 6 cups of milk and see how it goes. I need to collect some more ABV first though!

Boombox,
Method here is perfect, you can always use half and half or heavy cream depending on what you intend to do with your end product. One thing i might add to the process is: after you strain the ABV from the milk, transfer the milk to a metal or glass mixing bowl and set it in an ice bath (big bowl with ice and a little water) to help it cool down safely. It would suck to get this far and let your milk sour. Also for those without a double boiler like myself, placing a glass or metal mixing bowl over a pot of simmering water does the trick.

I tried this twice, in smaller amounts (ratio maintained). The first time I'd say it had NO effects at all, but second run seemed to work better. I use a double boiler. The first time it seemed the water itself was just simmering and so the milk was heating but I think not enough compared to the second where I had the water up to just under boiling and did it for 20 minutes. It's all about experimenting right. Even with the water near (maybe fully ) boiling, the mixture itself was just simmering yet the vapor/steam was rising nicely under the glass cover. I used that in a cup of coffee. It made it taste a bit like Bancha (Japanese) tea. Not really horrible at all and by the time I was 1/2 through I was feeling some effects.

stuartambient,
I tried this with around 1/2oz ABV and 1.5 cup milk and ended up making pancakes with the milk. I stopped cooking the "juice" at about 12 minutes as the smell started getting too thick. Made 4 medium sized pancakes. Tried one waited 2 hours and nothing. Ate the other 3 and felt some slight effects after an hour, lasting about 3 hours total. Not good results! I think cooking it longer would have helped but I can't stink up my place like that. Or maybe I am just vaping my stuff too much and need more ABV.

Well i have never tried this with pancakes

perhaps the heat from cooking the pancake destroys the actives? not sure

A great dish that can be made from the milk that neutralizes the taste is chocolate malted milkshake with extra chocolate or fudge mmmmmmmm

I made some milk (maybe half a cup) with a little less than 1g of white widow ABV, used a double boiler for 15 minutes. Apparently i had the heat on too high cause when I was finished half the milk had either evaporated or kinda stuck onto the double boiler. Well anyways I drank it without straining out the ABV and I got a very very nice high that came on after about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and lasted about 9 hours before dying off. I was definitely feeling some hard body effects, compared to when I vape, while the mental high was just the same as when I vape.

Thank you sir for this recipe, barely stank up the kitchen, and only took 15 minutes so I'm happy.
Now I just wanna find some recipes that will allow me to bake with this milk. Any suggestions?

Effects from less than a gram of abv

Impressive! Glad you had good results despite the evaporation

Yea if you notice that you didn't start with enough liquid and it evaporates to quickly you could just add a bit more milk

As far as baking with the milk i cant advise you on how to do that, i like milkshakes

it'd have to be homo or at least 2%+ fat milk ,skim woulden't do it

I specify in the original post that WHOLE milk is recommended(its what i use0

High fat content is the goal

So can anyone confirm whether or not this makes much smell? I share a kitchen with others, and can't have it stink...I'll have a time period of about 5 hours from start to finish to have it not smell...can't really open the windows as I'm in a freezing state, and have no fan above my stove...

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

It only takes 15 mins max to extract out the active from the ABV/ganja

so that would leave you 4 hours to get the place smelling fresh

plus it does not stink very mush to begin with

after the milk is made wouldn't cooking it more or using it in an oven destroy it possibly ?

I woulnd figure it ouwld, people cook with ganja butter and it does not destroy it

Very few things are cooked at 375 and higher

plus the cooking temp does not reflect the internal temp of the food you are cooking
