Ok so here is a healthy chocolate brownie recipe i found on the internet.

Preparation time : +/- 10 minutes
Cooking time: +/- 40 minutes

What do we need?
  • 100 grams of coconut flour
  • 100 grams of cacao powder ( i used organic )
  • 50 grams of grated coconut
  • 50 gram chocolate protein whey powderhttp://www.bodyenfitshop.nl/eiwittenwhey/
  • 10 grams of stevia sweetner ( you could also use sugar )
  • 1 theespoon salt
  • 1 theespoon baking powder
  • 8 whole eggs
  • 100 grams coconutoil ( Take 100gr of coconutoil and melt it, you could also use abv coconutoil :D )
  • +/- 200ml milk (so that a nice soft dough arises)
Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 160° C degrees.
Mix the coconut oil, milk and eggs apart from the rest.
Then mix everything together with a mixer.
The dough should form a nice thick porridge. If it is too dry add a little milk.
Grease a baking sheet or use parchment paper.
Divide the dough into your baking sheet and shake it back and forth so that the height is equal.
So then bake in the oven. Approximately 40 minutes

Let the brownies cool and cut them into pieces. Enjoy.. :mmmm:

Did you really use 8 eggs? That's literally 4x what my normal brownie recipe calls for (which also uses a similar amount of flour and cocoa).

I'm guessing the brownies are cake-like (ie, fluffy/not-dense)?

lol.. I was wondering the exact same thing. Insane amount of egg for any brownie or even cake recipe.

Have you tried this recipe Blueberry?

Yes i did use 8 eggs, this is a protein brownie recipe, which means you probably will eat less compared to
normal brownies..

Of course :)

If you follow the above quantities you can make about 20 brownies.

Nutrition value for 1 brownie:

  • 8 gram protein
  • 6.5 gram carbs
  • 8 gram fat
