7th Floor Shipping Unavailable?

I ordered a new wand and hose a week ago and they said they'd send shipping confirmation when it gets sent, but I never received anything. I checked the website again and noticed this message next to ALL Shipping options -

"This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us. "

And I just noticed it costs the same amount to ship the ENTIRE Vaporizer as it does to just ship the wand and whip... n the meantime can anyone shed light on this?

I also have a question to the "Moderators" here. I asked this question, in the "Ask a Question" section. So maybe you want to enlighten me as to why the original topic was closed.

Just give them a call, the only one that can answer about an error on the 7th Floor website is the 7th Floor. They have had some issues with shipping in the past, but then again what company hasn't? They will come through for you in the end.

As for the shipping price, well it is pretty common knowledge that it usually costs near or even the same to ship a small accessory item as it does a large, a pack size large or small still requires the same employee effort, time, and packaging as it does for many bigger items, then they are profiting much less on an accessory. There are many companies that eat or cover most of the shipping cost on a larger item since they are making more money from it.

This is not aimed or directed at you or anyone in particular so please don't take offense:).
Anyone that has ever operated any type business that involves shipping can relate to the following: I never really understood why people take shipping confirmation so seriously, then they start emailing the company frantically and if they don't respond within a couple hours they start panicking all over again, I can't count how many posts I see where a person is all worried because a company didn't respond to their email when they didn't even give them 24-48 hrs to respond, it is not like a package or email is going to get to you any quicker worrying about it I mean all a customer has to do is sit tight and wait for a package to arrive, that is all you can do anyways, the 7th Floor for example is a decent size company so its not like they are not going to scam you for a few measly dollars. If anything the customer service at most all businesses would be so much better if the general public knew how to just order something and wait, then they wouldn't have to sift through b.s. to get to an email that could be important. There is no buyer Etiquette anymore and customers are treating retail (online) sales like they are some shady drug deal.
