problem fixed, had someone hold the element while i pulled off the whip. thanks for the fast reply though!

so, i accidently dropped my vaporwarez and now the whip is jammed onto the heating element and is stuck. i tried pulling it off but it just starts to pull out everything.. element included. how do i get it off?

the problem i have with loading so little is that it fall down the bowl and onto the heating element. problem solved... just propped up the back. what a design flaw! is there any reason for this?
