I always hated the screen system in the Extreme Q. When I got my vapeXhale I rigged an adaptor to use the vapeXhale screens. I would suggest you check how they work and buy a little glass adaptor. I retired my extreme Q completely before doing this.

I usually wait 15-20 minutes to get the best vapes. I also have a hydra-tube and it's a must have. Watch out when you remove it, after a while the tube inside will become loose if you twist it. Keep everything very clean with 70% alcool.

I have been using the Q whith the hydratube while waiting for a repair. It work almost just as good. Its easier on the cleaining, I can remove the glass adapter. I can re-use the same screen over and over and it doesnt get dirty, I think its cause this setup have even less conduction...
