    Puffco Peak

Sent my base unit back to Puffco, already got tracking on the replacement, so fingers crossed this one will work!

Glad I didn't buy the cup from EQ.

I only dab while at home so portability is not much of a concern to me, but it does seem like the glass on the Peak is thicker/more durable than the bubblers Matt and Vic sell for the QQ/Sai.

If I were to be completely honest, I prefer using the Peak over the QQ/Sai. It’s just less fiddling and doesn’t get knocked over all the time. I’m on my 3rd Poseidon bubbler because of that lol.

Update: just thought I should let you all know that John from Puffco replied to me within 30 minutes with a pre-paid label to exchange my base unit. Thank you again @Vitolo for that alternate email address!

Nothing, really, except ease of use. I also have a QQ and a Sai, so I agree with you, except there are lots of people out there intimidated by the whole mod/temperature control setting thing, and just want a single button to press. That’s the Peak’s advantage. Edit: Plus, the Peak is...

    Puffco Peak

Yeah, 1 day after I sent a DM they updated their IG to say ‘no DMs, send email to support@puffco.com’ lol. I’m sure they’re swamped, but it’s their own fault. After all the QC issues they had with the first few batches of the Plus, I honestly thought they would supervise production a little...

    Puffco Peak

Thanks Vitolo! None of my emails to support have been replied to. We’ll see if ‘John’ will bother. I have the same issue as many - battery won’t hold a charge. I get about 2 heat-up cycles then get the flashing red / dead battery. What’s weird is that if I fully charge it and let it sit...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

@walrus @2clicker thanks for the tip guys, just ordered some READYxWICK from RBA Supplies to check out. Sounds like good stuff!

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

A little update. Almost 2 weeks now with the PG + Aerotank Mini and everything is working great. No leaks, no wicking issues (thanks to the adjustable airflow), very happy with this setup. The best part is now I have a tank I can screw on whenever I want and it's ready to go. At the rate I...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Picked up a ZNA over the weekend (and quickly canceled my Hana Modz clone pre-order). Tried the PG in the Aerotank Mini at about 10 watts (around 4.6v @ 2.1ohm) and it knocks me on my ass pretty quick. Looks like this tank is going to last me quite a while at this pace. I've noticed...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

@215z I agree. I am still using solids (wax, crumble, shatter, etc.) in my Luna (I don't own a Herc yet). I prefer a system that I can load enough in that I don't have to constantly reload. I am too lazy. But the e-cig tanks we've been discussing are working very well for me with Pure...

    Discontinued Thermovape Luna

The Luna, with the sleeve and o-rings removed, and a Smooth Flow. I actually prefer this look, it's cleaner, and gives a visual reminder of the first generation TV products. At least I think so.

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Look a few pages back or search YouTube. Phil Busardo does a review of both the Aerotank Mini and Mega, and I think he breaks open one of the new coils in the video. Note that there's two videos - he does the full review in the first one, the does a part 2 video after finding out that the...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Yes. From really wide open (it's a good size hole) to all the way completely closed. And the ring adjuster is nice and tight, very hard to accidentally move it. When attaching to or removing from the battery you can accidentally twist it, but not a big deal. @mystikalghost the new Aerotank...

Discontinued The Persei Vaporizer for herbs and concentrates.

Question for the W9 gurus out there: has anyone tried the Herc on a vv/vw mod instead of the Persei head/tube? I know W9 makes a 510 to 601 adapter but do they make a 601 to 510? I have a DNA30 mod on the way, and was just curious what a Herc could do with that kind of power under her (up to...

Gear Best Clearo for Pure Gold?

I got everything from MyVaporStore. They have a great selection great prices and ship super fast. I get my order at my door in 2 days and I'm on the opposite coast from them. No complaints so far. I recommend the Aerotank Mini over the MPT3. Adjustable airflow is key with stuff as thick...

Gear Best Clearo for Pure Gold?

I give all credit to @Haywood, he's been experimenting with all sorts of variations on this theme for a long time and I think we have a pretty good solution now. In addition to PG, I would think this would also work with a wide variety of the better CO2 oils out there, depending on how clean...

Gear Best Clearo for Pure Gold?

The most important thing is to keep the tank warm as you're filling. I use a hair dryer - I warm up the tank, squeeze a drop or two, put it back in the hot air, squeeze another drop or two, etc. Do whatever you can and take all the time you need but make sure prevent anything from going down...

Discontinued The Persei Vaporizer for herbs and concentrates.

@Caligula yep, Pure Gold works just about perfect in the Aerotanks/Protanks. But it's off-topic here, we're discussing over in the Concentrates section (Best Clearo for Pure Gold and One-Hitter Quitter threads), feel free to stop by. And dang, @nao12000 resolving Temujin's problem 15 minutes...
